My self Magendhran.K I purchased a Hero bike Splendor + with full cash I received RC book my residence address in that RC book with finance I asked for the issue, they got my RC book also till now they not solve the issue and not given the RC book also.

I asked to resolve the issue but they miss behaving and using with bad words

parts k liye agency m kai bar ja chuka hu but vo kahte h parts availble nhi h jab part aaye to dalva le jana lekin milta vha se ek hi response next date m aa jayega parts

Dear Sir/Mam

I purchased my bike on 21 march 2021.I used it only 3000 km but my bike started giving me problems like the speed meter is not working, horns are not working. When I visited the service center they told me that I have to pay to fix my speed meter . but in this short period i have these problems and my bike is under warranty why should i have to pay for this and even less kms are driven .If this issue is not resolved under warranty I am not gonna buy any hero product in future.Its your responsibility to satisfy your customer and resolve their issues without charging any Extra Charges.
Today my experience in the Hero services center made a bad impression on hero services.

I have buyed my hf deluxe bike in last 7months ago.still now fuel pump spoiled.there is warrenty availabile in that.but my local dealer and hero promoters said to me there is no warrenty.you have to pay 2500rupees to that issue.what can do for that.its totally hero brand name spoiled.

I have a pleasure scootty. Service and back tyre replacing on 12.9.2020 at Rms enterprises namakkal tamilnadu . MRF tubeless tyre worth RS.1770 and labour RS.306 for tyre exchange .. this is very very too much billing amount. I asked this complaint but not responce in show room.

Satna service center is very bad not to go there, much better to go local service center for bike servicing. The center only looting the customers.

I purchase new bike In 16 October 2019 but last two servings not good we have face a problem my bike in continues missing problem last week my third serving but my problem not sort out & last month we complaint in online toll free number but they are not respons.so i want last complaint in this email otherwise we complaint in cm windows for change the bike's engine ok.

Battery performance is very bad .what is it's warranty or garranty by company .

I had purchased this bike on 25 January,2019 from Rishav Automobiles,Chhapra,Bihar.My bike is not starting by self.My bike is not starting by kick also.I had faced many problems with clutch plate within 8 months and I have spend about Rs.15,000 but now also my bike is not starting and I am facing many problems with my bike.I had taken my bike about 20 times to Rishav agency but it is still not working.Whenever I go to the Rishav Automobiles,the mechanics say that they can't do anything. I had shown many times my bike in Rishav Automobilesbut they are not doing anything.My bike is facing so many problems like starting,Clutch plates,Indicators not working etc.I had done all servicings in Rishav Automobile but still my bike is not working.
I hope that you will solve my problem as soon as possible.
