Help Desk for Mobile Banking

The bank has established Helpdesk facility with the help of our vendor to address our customer’s problem in downloading mobile banking application on to their mobile handset. The customers need to contact the Helpdesk at 022–26616190. The helpdesk services will be available from Monday to Friday between 10 AM to 7 PM and on Saturday between 10 AM to 6 PM.

This helpdesk has been established purely for the purpose of helping our customers in download the mobile banking application on to their handset only. For any other issues related to mobile banking transactions, customers needs to take up with the branch only.
