I have paid for hathway connection at June'14th 2020 still now I didnt get any response from hathway side. I dont understand why you peoples are so irresponsible I'm working for 18k salary paid nearly 3900 something do you think that's not a big amount for me or what I never ever seen this type of worst worst irresponsible service. If you are facing the covid issue means then why you charging the amount for new connection I have no words to say for poor service. Do anything for this tomorrow we have work from home we will face the issue for work I need to talk with you. Please contact me either refund my amount.

Modem is faulty. I technical team said they would be sending new modem. But no one came to replace modem. In lockdown time local service providers asking to leave home and come to office to collect modem which is far more than 1 km. If your technical team can come to visit home then why you are unable to send modem.

The cable operator is so useless and making us fool he will take the money and will not recharge the cable nd will not evn receive the. Just so frustrating this ppl are.. and customer care will make us waiti and later they will disconnect the call. Useless service

You know that time is very critical and now I'm work from home but you don't respond my complain......... And your employees miss behavior to me in that's situ you don't support me I think I'm complain to senior authorized to your Hathaway service bcoz your services is very bad

In our area (mahad , raigad maharastra ) cable serivices are not made online . They are providing papers n told us to fill the forms . I did that still they are not providing services . We are not able to watch tv from 1 2 months . Not a single channel is working except 1 or 2 . Even though we r contacting them they r not receiving the calls nor letting us when it will start. I am shock that you guys provide such a worst services Ravindra Mahadik

hathway Team, never treat customer as a human being for them customer is a foolish guy, they never respond even nodal officers are also worst, they never respond never pick phone, no professionalism, I am really fed up by paying money in advance for channel activation and still after 20 days it didn't, MR. Siddhartha so called nodal officer in Hyderabad please have some professionalism, why making Hathway name down.
