Is My Subscription Still Valid After Being Banned?

• If you subscribed via Apple or Google Play, cancel manually in your app store to stop payments after a ban.
• If you subscribed directly through the Happn website, your subscription will be canceled automatically when your account is terminated.
• If your Happn account is banned, you lose access immediately, subscriptions won't refund or transfer, and you must cancel payments manually to avoid ongoing charges.
