UDID card not accept

Sir
I am from uttar Pradesh and my son devesh and sumit Kumar are blind and I have UDID card authorise by hathras cmo this card. but Haryana roadway conducter no valid this card in Haryana and he say me this card valid in uttar Pradesh no any other state . So please suggest me what is use this UDID card in state roadways bus or all over India . Bus Haryana roadways Gurgaon to Mathura time 9.40 HR 55 u 4159 conducter name is Ajay

Unable to connect with Gurgaon bus stand contact number.

I, Seema Yadav has been waiting at IFFCO CHOWK since last 1:30 hrs. Very ridiculous service. And it's hard for a girl to wait standing at such place in evening. Please pay attention to Rewari,Narnaul bus route service. No bus is coming for a long time period for this route.
Please help me out.

Gurgaon Bus Stand

It is impossible to contact the anyone in the Gurgaon Bust about
Services operating from Gurgaon especially the Volvo servicfor Chandigarh. I have been trying to contact on the phone number provided for past four hours it says numbers are busy. The officers number (mobile) provided for Volvo service is of the retired officer which has not been updated. Now whom to contact as my house far from the Bus stand
Unfortunately all claims by Govt of better services is hoax very pathetic situation

I m trying this no daily. No response at this no. Total waste of time. I m very helpless. At last I have to travel 10 kms for bus enquiry.and after getting no bus for Agra then I have rushed for railway station hazrat nizamuddin.Very much disappointed.

Misbehaving and full change not provide from bus booth

On 17th August 2018, I take bus for agra which starts at 5:45 am. When from booth I give 200 rs for bus ticket which is of rs 195. The man in booth first didn't ask for change and when I ask for 5 rs he said you should provide me change and argues and misbehave by using abusive words. And this compliant was also from 4 to 5 more people who also suffer same problem.
