Getting very bed smail

Respected sir,
With reference to above mentioned subject we like to inform you that after I buy an Gree 1.5 ton ac but from the date of installation means last 1 month till today the AC smail very bed and the power consumption is very high i call your customer care several time but didn't get any information nither any one come for any kind of services. Iam regret to inform you that Iam very much disappointed with the product and the service provided by the company as after spending to much mony to buy a ac with heavy power consumption and bed smail at the time of summer Nothing to get in hand.
Totaly Worthless thing as after purchase i didn't get 1 single day happly advantage of my mony.and the high thing is that after appropriate inspection by the service provider i buy 1.5 ton ac as per his guidance but as a result now I forced to pay higher electricitybill with inhaling bed smail.
So please solve the problam as soon as possible

hope you are happy,

i am happy about your service and everything, but we install air conditioner in our office we getting very bed smale after 1 month.
we got two company service but nothing so please solve our problem.
