Respect sir, My washing machine was some drainage issue, due to that water is going from outlet pipe without washing, that may be some button issue. I contacted local service center, Mohit Enterprises, Nellore, AP. over phone on 28th Feb.24.But no response, they told me to send mechanic tomorrow like that from three days. to day I called toll free No. Chennai with some person like Sirisha, she asked me number of time same questions like, Name, address, name address again & again, I spoke to her 9m17 sec. same questions repeatedly asked,thats why I disconnect my phone,but I expected that I will receive a phone call from them for disconnecting my phone, but no. I am very sorry to say like this in your esteemed organization. finally I dint get any call from local or from your toll free people. I suggest people don't expect service after purchase from GODREJ.

We live in Singapore but we are doing up our kitchen in Kolkata and we were recommended Godrej by our friends. We too have been familiar with Godrej reputation and therefore did not hesitate to contact Godrej Interio. Our kitchen is being done by Godrej right now but I am pretty disturbed with the behaviour of one of your staff in Kolkata. I suppose (& she had shared with us during one of our visits to the Godrej Interio Kasba) she is leaving Godrej for some other place and could be, because of this, has been extremely rude and unprofessional. I have also noticed that the staff (in this case the lady called Sudipta) promise things when they know you are a probable customer but soon, after the payment is done, come up with excuses. I had wanted a particular kind of kitchen sink and she had asked me to share a few pictures of what I wanted, which I did, before we paid up that day. Once a part of the payment was done, she informed me that the sink that I wanted was not available and not going to be possible in our kitchen. it took quite a few calls before finally they agreed to find something what I wanted, which they eventually did, but I really had to be at it before they relented. If they can't do a particular task on a time we had agreed upon, she actually fights over the phone and threatens that she would record my conversation while it is she who misbehaves.
I just thought that such actions by the staff should be brought to the attention of the team since Godrej is a a great Indian brand which is reliable. Such behaviour only ruins your reputation.

I purchased a window AC of Godrej in July 2020 , which worked fine till 2021 in August 2022 I got first complaint and asked company to take care they charged me Rs 3.5K saying there was leakage in coil after that In 2023 my AC wasn’t working I logged a complaint and the company shared the quotation of around 17K Rs .
Now the thing is that I purchased the AC for Rs28k and it was installed by company person and it was regularly maintained by company only after that also for AC of worth RS 28K I have been asked to pay 20k Repair cost in just 2 years .
This isn’t tolerable I regret my decision of buying Godrej . I would never suggest anyone and I am going to raise this issue where ever it is possible .

I am using godrej aer smart matic for months. I have 5 devices. And i made a scheduled working time to 9 am to 6pm. I was controlling it from my iphone. Now its showing to use android app until further notification. And i only have an iphone. Its been a month this headache happening. I want an immediate action from your side or i want a complete refund for the devices cos its all useless now.

Your godrej customer service is very bad

As I have placed order of modular kitchen to DREAM ENTERPRISES in lucknow on June month and total amount has been released through cheque at 24 June. Sir/ma'am, whenever I Contact to godrej frenchise employee for kitchen he says your work is on progress and it will be finished till September and now September month is about to complete. Dear Sir/ma'am, kindly consider my complain and do the needful as soon as possible.
