Labor grieavance
I ve worked in a company in porvorim north goa next to Daikin office, near poshak kids store. started from july since dated 26th, Aug I, pending amount left, oct full month pending for a data entry small workshop and the boss Sunny Varma & his partner saying wife Disha Mitoli as they make staffs work but never give full payments (1day if sick thn 3days of salary deduction). Sunny & his Dad say they are lawyers & are sending legal notices & Termission letters to employees , scarying them , trapping them to work for free & no pay at all but now an Hr has been kept Maria Jessi Dsouza newly appointed to work as whole & soul all but both Sunny & his partner Disha do not show their face nor reply to any messages. I & my Partner Edwin Fonseca were called on Tuesday 21st Nov where as usual he puts forward his partner to fight & he at the time of payments as they have to say its a training course given to staffs & its not on job work given for full time & target which highly competative to achive of too many errors form filling of 70 forms to fill which is impossible job for mortgage loans. I could explain more ...but requesting as anonymous staff fetch the luck to investigate on this company so that moving forward any other staffs do not go under grievance & salaries our given on time with appointment letters with appropriate matter feasible for employer & employees satisfaction & there are no sufferings & pain on work contract signed to scare them....Hope my grievance is taken into action immediately & investigation done on this company ....Thanks
