I have taken a loan from your bank for a house in June 2018 for which no subsidy process has been done from your side till now and now I have been given a PMAY ID number for which I have visited your bank many times. And every time I go to your bank, I am asked by your staff to submit the paper, whereas I have submitted the paper 3 times before today, even after that no subsidy is processed from your side. Is. Today again for the fourth time the paper has been deposited in your bank for the process of subsidy,

Flat ROI issue

Dear GIC ,

I have taken home loan from your jaipur branch at nine point two five ROI and your Representative MR. SANJAY GUPTA & BRANCH MANAGER MR. SUKHENDU ACHARYA JI as discussed he told me that now from this financially year GIC special discount on ROI changed and Now NSB directly give subsidies to Clients.

Also they not informe or clear to me about flat ROI nine point two five percentage for five year.

And now i completed nine months and no any update or response from team GIC jaipur.

Also not updating regarding Government subsidy form submissions date & any status.

So my humble request to you seniors please help me and provide status and TAT of NSB subsidy.

PM Awas Yojna Form Not Submitted by GIC

I applied for Home Loan in Aug’19 and at that time I was clearly committed by GIC that PMAY form will be submitted further for subsidy by them. This is my first purchase of house(flat) and I fall under MIG category. And thereafter in September I submitted PMAY form as advised to me by GIC but now when I have taken follow up after having loan regarding the status of PMAY form submission, commitment has totally changed and I have been told that the form has not been submitted. Please advise and have the form submitted further.

Respected sir mam I have taken d loan from gic housing finance in d year 2017 at that time pmaj yojana but out agent didn't tell us after that I apply for the yojna but there is no any response from them I have already submitted all the documents which required for the scheme and in my scheme there is specifically mentioned rural scheme plz guide me and give d solution
