1. I am your paid customer. I paid my second yearly installment a few months back.

3. I had to format my phone recently and on recommencing of service I am unable to get my downloaded songs or MY SONGS in your app.

4. A similar formatting was done by me earlier too however my songs had been restored on that occasion.
