BIG BAZAR PROFIT CLUB CARD NOT WORKING

i have purchased your profit club card last year, but due to closure of your all stores i am not able to use that card, also how can Withdraw my monay back from that card

Amount got stuck in future pay wallet and not able to use it

I am a resident of Pune. Earlier in the Aundh areas, there was an FBB shop in the western Mall which is closed permanently.
The checkout person put my amount while returning one stuff in Bigbazar under the future pay app.
Now the shop is permanently closed. I am trying to call on toll-free customer care, no but no one is responding. sent a couple of mail on care@ future pay but no response was received.
Shall I consider that future pay is a cheater and stollen my money because there is no way to transfer the amount in the bank? All FBB got closed in Pune.
Also, I purchased clothes from FBB but while returning check out person put my amount in BIGBAAZAR. now, this is another fraud. How to use this 2500 rs where is the big bazaar in Pune?

Can someone please reply to me about future pay?

सामान नही मिलना

मान्यवर हमने esay day की मेम्रशिप ले रखी है परंतु जब भी समान लेने जाते है तब उनके पास बस 2,4 आइटम्स को चढ़कर कोई सामान ही नही मिलता पिछले 4,5 महीनो से एहि हाल है ये शॉप डबवाली में जिसका जिला सिरसा हरियाणा है मेमेशिप का 4 महीना तो निकल गया अगर कोई सोलुशन नही हुआ तो fir करुगा प्लीज़ इस पर संज्ञान ले शॉप पर बार बार बोलने पर कोई रिप्लाई नही आया है अगर आपके शॉप में समान ही नही तो मेम्रशिप क्यो देते हो भाई
