Lost, Damaged, Delayed Baggage And Refund
- For any query/complaint, you can contact the customer support team.
- For delayed or damaged baggage, claims must be reported within 4 hours of flight arrival and 24 hours for lost baggage.
- All tickets are non-refundable, except cancellations made within 24 hours of booking for flights departing 7 days later.
- For refunds, you can raise a request through the Refund Request Form and refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
