Petrol leak

I have ford ecospot delivered from Malayalam ford Muvattupuzha 2.9 year. Under the vehicle one petrol line is leaking i going to malayalam ford muvattupuzha see that leak, the advisor said that is not our problem, So he told that this parts is not warranted, vehicle 3 year warranty existing, the advisor behavior very bad,please take necessary action to this complaint and the advsor's attitude

PUC of new vehicle

Need to know when is PUC for a new Ford car is due. I purchased Ford Freestyle in Oct 2020 in Delhi. Google says PUC for new car can be done after an year, but the dealer advised me to get the PUC done after 3 months to avoid Traffic Challan. After 3 months, I took my car to several PUC centres but none was able to get it done for one reason or another and one of them even said it is happening with other cars of same model also. Need urgent advise please.

Delivery of Vehicle reg

Sir,
I Booked Ecco sports vehicle on 14/06/2020. And further process of loan and down payment with respect to the vehicle completed by 26/06/2020. Even all the payment was made and documentation was done the vehicle yet to be delivered to me. Further I bring to your notice that I booked vehicle from Sri Versa Auto Agencies (P) Ltd., Coimbatore on the said date. Even after several attempt to take delivery of the vehicle nothing I received from the Dealer end, and finally the Agent's Person Manoj taken the vehicle on 06/07/2020 for the Registration without conforming me and I planned for the fancy No. But the Dealers's concerned spoke unwanted words and taken back the vehicle without saying anything. I made the payment before about one month and I still yet to take delivery. I really do not understand whether the vehicle belongs to me or not. Kindly revert.
