Booking Procedure

• Book your trip via FlixBus App or visit Official Website .
• Select your boarding point, dropping point, and travel dates for both the outgoing and return trips.
• Select the total number of passengers, view the seat map, and select your preferred seat.
• Check the Price List for any seat reservation fees, then pay using your preferred payment method.
• After you've booked your trip, you will receive a booking confirmation via SMS.
• Use this booking confirmation as your ticket and show it to the driver.

Cancellation And Refund

• For any query/complaint, you can contact to the customer support team.
• You can cancel your ticket up to 15 minutes before departure.
• Refund policy depends on company's terms and conditions .

For Lost/Found Enquiry

• If you lost or found an item during your journey, please fill this Lost Baggage Report Form with your details.
