Add a new feature

Hello team fampay,

This is Jaynesh Prajapati as you know that in technology world gone very far .like as you know that all the UPI payment app like Gpay, Phonepe, Paytm etc.they have a feature of offline UPI payment mode.
So I am thinking that fampay can add also add UPI offline payment mode for teenagers please it's a humble request
