Not received the parcel

On 1st December I have ordered 2 parcel 1 I have received within 3-4 days days but i second parcel was not received to me till date my order no is 587788. After tracking the order the status is shown as RTO initiated it's showing after so many delivery attempts the parcel was reverted to its original address but i didn't even receive a single call or MSG regarding delivery and after more the 10-15 sms and mail they are unable to help me... Whenever I text or mail them they just forward the computerised msg... They are not reshipping my parcel or refund my amount please reply to my mails or sms sincerely

Hi, My order I'd is 421632.
Delivery executive of my order asks for the OTP at the time of delivery and I haven't received it neither as text message on my contact number nor on my email I'd.

I've mailed multiple times to support [at] facescanada [dot] com but they're not solving this issue. I've mailed the issue to Ekart logistics as well but they are also not responding. Also, receiving scam calls asking for card details,CVV etc now.

My order is a prepaid order. Please deliver my order.

Missing free brush set

I had placed a COD order on June 4, 2022 at 3:37 pm of Rs 1499 which qualified me for a free brush set.
The order was delivered on 7 th June 2022 through shiprocket courier services.The bill tag on the parcel stated they it contains two items.
But on opening I discovered that it had only one item and the brush set was missing.
Since 2 days I have been complaining about this issue but haven't received any revert from your end.
I am a regular and loyal customer and was anticipating such a reckless customer care services.
Kindly look into the matter.You can either:
(a) Send the missing brush set
(b) Accept the return request of the main product and refund my payment.
Anticipating a speedy and convincing response from your end.

On 22nd February ,I placed a COD order and a message of online payment flashed on my phone screen that if I did online payment immediately, I would get rs. 80 off.
