I am facing a critical problem right now. I logged out my account from each device and when I'm trying logging in facebook wants two step verification login code which one I'm not able to get.
So I submitted my driving license simultaneously but it's getting failed all the times now I'm trying with voter id. I don't what will happen now.
May be as year of birth in facebook and my ID are different may be that's why it's not working.

So, I'm mailing you please help me out

my name is shyam Kumar my facebook I'd named Shyam Kumar had been hacked with some person Named (Sachin as from BGMI account) "it was a scam from Instagram" . I think he got access from my id, logged in,then logged in to BGMI, linked with his another social account and posted vulgar things from my id so that the authority can disable my account and he can use my BGMI account. sir please give access to my id as you can see location of logging in of that scammer too. I bet it is quite far away from my location

I have been using Facebook for several years sir and never did such things in my social account sir.

Actually my date of birth is 27/2/1987 and which I uploaded on Facebook itself but it's 25/2/1987 in my all documents.... please consider my email ID as my identification and verify my identity.
