suggestions regarding telecast of Pratidwani @ 7.30 PM IST

Dear Sir/ Madam
I am a professional and working as a Whole Time Director in Hyderabad based Listed Company. My only hobby is to watch news channels in Telugu, English and Hindi. When it comes to telugu news channels, I watch Etv Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and etvchannel.

I am writing this comment with regard to telecast of "Pratidwani" @ 7.30 PM IST in Etv Andhra Pradesh and Etv Telangana. During this time, almost all the telugu news channels telecast debates. I do not know the TRP rating of this program but in my opinion, it has poor rating compare to debates in other news channels because of the following reasons.

1. This program is like question answer session rather than in depth analysis as claimed by you. Theme of this program is very good unlike debates in other news channels. But still it is not that worth watching.
2. Experts who participate in this program has good track record in the subject chosen. But as i told you, it is like question answer session. Questions in this program will be set by your team in advance and posed to the experts one after the other.
3. Hosts who pose questions are news presenters (Rani, Swapnapriya, Sweta) who in my opinion has no journalism background.
4. This program can be made more attractive if the hosts who pose questions interrupt the debate in the middle if warrants and quote the incidents that has happened in past and say that in past on this issue, government reacted like this and now the situation is like this and seek clarification from the experts juxtraposing the present situation with the past happenings. This is possible only if the hosts has extensive past knowledge in the subject chosen and the hosts whose names I have mentioned in point No.3 in my opinion has no such background knowledge.
5. by taking into consideration above mentioned points, you can make this program attractive thus increasing your TRP rating for this program.

I watch this entire program if it relates to my academic interest such as finance, tax general law etc.
Finally i conclude by saying that please look into my comments and try to make it more attractive. As I told you, theme of this program is good.
In case if it is not possible to consider my views, better to change this program and telecast other programs as TV9 did which totally stopped Big news and Big Debate and telecasting other program in its place.
