A guy from Electrolux customer service came and checked my washing mashine took a part of my machine and 3300 rupees from me to buy a new part...but it's more than a month he never came back and not even recieving my calls. I am fed up of this bullshit, if still my issue is not going to be resolved I m going to register a Police complain against the guy and company for cheating me and for all the trouble and hassarment by them.

Fridge is under warranty and cooling is not effective in fridge although after a complaint service engg came of samsung but he has just filled the gas and said Now, it will be ok. In morning I have checked fridge is out of order and all the stuff inside of fridge were spoiled. This is careless and irresponsible behaviour of service engg.

Hi All,
I also had done my electrolux washing machine repaired from these guys.
He said that motor is faulty.
Took my old motor repaired it n fixed.
He said new motor has been replaced.
Took 3000rs
No bill, no warranty
Was not even ready to wait for 10 mins after machine was 9n sayin he has another job.
Machine is still not working
Have called this people so many times.
No response.
I want to make official complaint against these guys so that they no longer cheat others.
How do i proceed?

Fraud electrolux customer service
There are many fraud electrolux customer service going on.
The same thing happened to me few months back. I complained regarding leaking water in the fridge, the customer service guy came, said PCB board to be replaced and charged me 3000 INR. He gave the bill and said 1 year warranty. but after replacing the PCB, the working fridge stopped working also. After that when I try to call the service agent, not receiving the call, no response at all. It is well organsised fraudasters running around.

Delay in resolving issue since almost TWO months

My Electrolux fridge (DCs:ECL 093) stopped working in the first week of September 2018, and I registered a complaint with your service team (BAN1109180025). The technician replaced some part which cost me around Rs 1200/- + tax and fixed the fridge. However, within 2 days the fridge stopped working again, and I opened the same ticket number with your team. The same technician who came again, said that the compressor needs to be replaced, and since it is within 5 years warranty, it will be replaced free of charge (Bill No: 6456 dated 01/Nov/2018).
However, after that day I did not hear back from the service team and hence I had to open a new service ticket again, ref: BAN2109180072 and I have been following up ever since. Every time I call the customer service team, I'm given the same reason that the compressor has to be dispatched from your Store, and it will arrive in a few days.
I'm also in touch with Mr Ramesh from your Bangalore office who is your escalation point of contact. However, I'm yet to see this issue resolved.
I'm very disappointed with the unreasonable delay at your end, and also the lack of commitment to coordinate with your Stores and get the compressor dispatched timely. Its been over a month now, and still no certainty that the issue will be fixed soon. Mr Ramesh has stopped taking my calls now.

I have purchased one Electrolux refrigerator single door 150 litre on 19-April-2015 from Om Electronics Rohini, Delhi. I used it almost 2 year Now its compressor not working. I make a complain to the customer care on Friday 16-Mar-18. complain no. is DEL1603180035. After 3 days and more than 20 calls of followups finally the service people came for service. As the refrigerator's compressor is under 5 yrs warranty. it should be changed free of cost. but still i agreed to provide a visit charge of 325Rs plus taxes. After checking it he was asking for 2230rs. only to refill the gas. Kindly clarify my issue if the compressor needs to be replaced then why i should give the gas refilling charges. This is under warranty and this is your responsibility to change it and give it in proper working condition. That is your duty to refill the gas after replacing the compressor and i will not pay any extra cost apart from this 325plus taxes which i already paid to the service people came today. Really worst service ever seen. no cooperation and good behaviour from your authorised service centre people. They clearly said its chargeable whether you do it or not.
