Eicher tractor model 485 clutch plate problem

Sir we have taken the eicher 485 model and 45 hp tractor At Raghu Eicher Bhopal show room.
Gear sounds clutch proper not working.i have informed dealer last 10 months ago but they are not proper response.then I have complaint Eicher toll free number.
show room contacted but not respond the foolish excuse.i contact the farmer plz early response the head office good replay.

Complaint regarding two Eichertruck purchase and face troubles f

This is in reference to the purchase of two trucks purchase from your sonipat Dealer by seeing our previous experience and seeing Goodwill of yours in market. But from the first Day we purchase two trucks having registration number HR69D-8112 & HR69D-1355 we face problems like we want power steering vehicle and after knowing my requirement Dealer gives us simple steering due to this our drivers not satisfied with working. As of now Vehicle number HR-69D-8112 which runs only 12000 km is getting problem, when I send this vehicle to workshop they said Engine of this vehicle has to change and it should be replace with your cost, it’s not in guarantee. Please clear that if on running 12000 km engine dead, how a customer can trust on your vehicles and how we will survive for paying engine replacement cost.

We requested you to please look in this matter on priority and resolve this issue; truck was lying at your Sonipat service station dealer. Otherwise we have no option and we have to move in consumer court.

Dear sirs,
In continuation to trailing problems, again we have faced clutch break down one more time yesterday. As a customer, i am very disappointed to tell that the performance of eicher motor is not up to the mark anymore like it was before.
In addition to that,  I am very disappointed to let you know  that with reference  to trailing mail, i did not get any feedback/action from your/your team side . we are facing this clutch problem since the beginning and same is also conveyed to authorized service centers every time, however they have failed to identify the same till date and we are investing approx r.s15k every time. 
Also we would like to bring in notice that every time our vehicle is repaired by authorized service center only (details are mentioned in trailing mail) and the record for the same can be verified ,if required.
At the last, we have question that every 15 days, clutch is going into breakdown, it is something related to manufacture defect or design error of gear box in which you must look into and rectify the same. We are not that much sound to your subject, however we seek your quick support in this regards.

dear sir i have eicher pro 1110. in this vehicle turbo of holset make is fail so i call to apco motors himatnagar and request 3-4 time to arrange this turbo . but dear sir they are not give me proper reply . and not provide me any other option . so i kindly request u to to insrtuct him and availabe this type of small parts . for this reason my truck is pending on rode site so we suffer a lot in this type of critical market possition . and dear sir this type of bed behaviour also done by them in past .. so dear sir if this type of problem again adn again in that possitin we are not purchase eicher vehicle. my vehicle no is GJ09AV9707

Service of my Eicher Pro model

I purchased an Eicher Pro 1049 model C HSD Vehicle in 2019 from the Verna Goa Showroom. I had given my vehicle for servicing at your Verna Showroom. After my 1st service the Hand break handle was giving a problem and till now its not yet fixed after giving verbal complaints. In the 2nd servicing water in the gear box was noticed and the rear tyre was worn off within three months. I have complained to the workshop in charge in Goa but nothing has been done till now. Its been one year i purchased the vehicle and after several verbal complaints your staff is doing absolutely nothing about it. I humbly request you to kindly look into this and get my vehicle fixed as soon as possible as the frequent problems is causing hindrance to my business.

not offerd good service from coco workshop

Sir i have one ac 3009 bus it is totally new bus having regd No OD 020AH 8004 running km arround 40 thousand but more than times attempt coco workshop bhubaneswar but till now my vehicle service and tyre slutting problem not done.

Purches a brand new eicher 25 seat 10.75 bs 4 model staff bus on 28th feb 2019 from talson motors katraj pune showroom.
From the date of purchase facing lots of engine noise issue ,after that with in 500kilometer the brand new eicher bus engine is block from that day to till date the bus stand in talson motor workshop there is very chip in service and all showroom staff behav is very thirdclass with client .still bus have lots of technical issue

Sir we have taken the eicher 557 model and 55 hp tractor At peddapalli show room.
when the kg well are working in the field.the manager says that the tractor should not operate on the kg well and tractor takes up to a one month only 2 times clutch plates are gone.working as 20 acres only.
show room contacted but not respond the foolish excuse that the big tractor does not pay a kg well is a manager. already one former one year back same tractor 100 across the farm.i contact the farmer plz early response the head office good replay.

EICHER HAVING SPARE PARTS AND SERVICE ISSUE

DEAR EICHER TEAM,

I AM FACING THE PROBLEM RELATED SERVICE FROM YOUR SERVICE BRANCH VERNA MIDC EICHER SHOWROOM PONDA GOA.

MY VEHICLE BROKE DOWN AT GOA PONDA SO I CALLED SERVICE CENTER AND THEY SENT A PERSON TO SUPERVISE MY VEHICLE AND HE TOOK THAT REAR LEFT SIDE AXEL DAMAGE PART ALONG WITH HIM AND SENT HE WILL REPLACE WITHIN A TWO DAYS BUT LATER HE SAID IT WILL TAKE MORE 3 TO 4 DAYS AND THEY SAID I HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT PART BUT MY VEHICLE IS UNDER WARRANTY AND IT IS 2.5 MONTH OLD.

SO I REQUEST YOU TO ARRANGE MY SPARE PART ASAP WITHIN WARRANTY.

Worst / Poor service of authorised dealer Mahavir automobiles

Dear concern,
I purchased a New 1049 BS4 vehicle from Mahavir Automobiles in march 2018.That vehicle have lots of problems like millage issue, wheel cylinder issue, Tyre issue,etc. I am continuously following with the service fellows of dealer but that are completely incapable to provide service and giving the answer it's an manufacturing defect.what a customer reply to them!I am surprised that how Eicher remains continue with this type of worst/ Froude dealers.

Service Complaint against APCO Motors India Pvt Limited

Dear Eicher Team,

I am facing the problem related service from your service branch APCO Motors India Pvt Limited Ahmedabad.

I had purchased your two eicher bus model 10.75E Month ago (chasis no:- AAMN0021 , Engine no:- E414CDJF221866). After completing of 3 weeks i went to your service station APCO Motors India Pvt Limited for PDI.

When i told them my problem related MI Engine Light to the service manager Prakash Chauhan, he told me that after completing 1000 km of distance the problem of MI Engine light will be solved automatically. I insist them to give me that in written but they refuse it and they ignore my request.

I had given my bus to APCO Motors India Pvt Limited 4 days ago and from the 1st day to the till the date the owner of that bus Mr.Girish Patel is going to that service station and daily he is wasting his 8 to10 hours over there and wait over there till 10pm daily.

When I gave my bus to the APCO Motors India Pvt Limited, they told me that they will give me the bus next day on 7pm but till the date they are not giving me any proper solution and reply related my issue and still they are not sure that when they solve the problem.

Mr.Girish Patel has also booked the complaint from toll free no but they are not giving any response to him.

Due to that issue i am facing the problem in my business and i am facing too much loss in my business. So, i am requesting you to give me the solution related this and give me the expense of my loss of this 4 days.

PFA and please audit your service station as regular interval for customer service. As per my view your service is very poor and me and

NO VEHICLE RECEIVED BUT TWO MONTHS EMI DRAWN FROM BANK

WE HAVE BOOKED TWO EICHER FROM ONE SHOWROOM CALLED HEX MOTORS IN CHENNAI. BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY VEHICLE TILL NOW BUT THE BANK FROM WHICH WE HAD TAKEN FINANCE HAS ALREADY TAKEN EMI FOR THE ABOVE SAID VEHICLE FOR TWO MONTHS. WE HAVE ALSO TRIED CALLING THE SHOWROOM REQUESTING THEN TO TALK WITH THE BANK AS THE BOOKED VEHICLE WAS NOT DELIVERED YET TO US THE SHOWROOM PEOPLE ARE NOT TAKING ANY INTREST IN COMUNICATING WITH THE BANK REGARDING THE EMI DRAWN. VERY MUCH UPSET WITH THIS TYPE OF ATTITUDE FROM THEM.

We are from Newline transport co vapi. I joined with Eicher motors from last 15 year We had 20 more vehicle of Eicher co.
Our problem with Trishul motors last 2 year trishul motors vehicle repairing works is not doing well
Our vehicle from vapi to trishul motors single trip Exp Rs.500/- please you see my vehicle Repair bill
Same problem purpose my vehicle going 3 ya 4 time but problem is regular coming now yesterday my vehicle no.GJ15YY9853 IS going for some works your engineer told your vehicle is now ok but after 3 hrs problem are same now my vehicle is standing on the way materials also load in my vehicle it is very urgent.
So we Request to you please do work with customer satisfied.

I have take eicher pro1059 at your workshop 8 time but not getting proper solution of heating too much of all drums and mileage. We don't expect this from Eicher. I am sure there is big mistake in designing braking system.i want my all money return otherwise I will legally fight and also use media also for cheating with us. Who is responsible for tyre fire and blasting , lost of goods and persons who are in trucks?
