Delivery boys of ecom deliberately make excuses and incompetent, also they ask for OTP on call before parcel delivery but real delivery won't be made. Later on, they mark unsuccessful delivery attempt. They keep doing this for many days.

Yes it is worst service i have ever seen.delivery agent called me and he said due to rain i will not come today and tomorrow I will deliver the parcel please tell me the OTP like that but after few minutes i got messages like its got cancelled.dont know why these people misleading the customers.if you people don't have the capability to run online delivery service better sit in the home dont provide these kind of worst service to customers

worst courier service. my shipment is still not recd. delivery boy dont even think necessary to call & put the shipment status that address unlocatable. u people r lazy . dont u think it is ur responsibility to call if u r not able to find the address. how comes address is not find only by ur delivery boy , other courier partners are able to deliver the shipment timely & smoothly. y are u accepting shipments if u r not able to deliver them . u people have ample of time but we dont have free time to waste on such incompetent people like u.

Ecom express delivery employees worst employees. Lying about customers. Not coming to our address just calling for address conformation and closing unnecessaryly by using the sentance as customer unavailable. Am at home waiting for the parcel... Just now your employee called and asked for address and said with in 2 hours he will reach. After contacted they were updating as customer not available... The above tracking no relates to a shipment of a cell phone from Madurai to Bangalore BUDLI internet Pvt. Ltd. for reselling of my Real me 3 Cellphone.
