I took exam 4 times. First attempt I got reason that I m peeping outside the screen. 2 attempt they said that someone else is present in my room but no one present in my room and I was alone. Afterwards again I paid and took exam ie 3rd attempt suddenly that test screen came out to main screen and I got reason that I didn't upload the test though due to their software problem we have to pay fees again. 4th attempt I got reason that ur microphone & camera are not accessible though my camera & microphone was turned on. I have took video and photo that microphone and camera was accessible will be waiting for their response. Duolingo are cheating on everybody no problem reason they are telling.

Duolingo is looting students' money and scamming them by unnecessarily invalidating. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

I am giving 6times exam but all of my results are invalid from the very first day you guys just disappoint me and my hard work am frustrated now you are just using student money.. and you never give me valid reason for invalid my exam I always concentrate on my screen but u give me 0 of my hard work
In my first attempt the given reason is you are not written sections independently
In my second attempt the given reason is you are not speaking more than 30 seconds
In my third attempt the given reason is you are not speaking related to the topic we are given
For last three attempts the reason given is you are looked away from the screen for a extended period of time
This is not fair your administration is very wrong you are playing with Indian students money and life.
The first three attempts you are given written sections not independently and speaking not talked properly but you are not given you are looked away from the screen
In last three attempts you are given you are looked away from the screen for extended period of time but not given about speaking and written sections
In the six attempts that I have written I have looked the screen for every attempt same way only
For first three attempts you are not given that reason and for last three attempts you are given the same reason
This looks like you are using student money
This time I need my result otherwise return my money
Because of your results I lost many college admissions
Please reply as soon as possible
I need my result otherwise refund my money

Hii I wrote the duolingo test on my own but as I got a issue with my laptop before starting the test my cursur moved only with the help of mouse so I used mouse other than that I haven’t used for cheating I got a popup in the middle of my exam so I thought of correcting my mouse connection I looked down can u please check my video. And help me with my result . As it is very important for me.

i have taken the exam on 27 july. i got result "The voice heard during the speaking section is not your voice. " i have taken exam with my own voice but, the results are got negative . i am taken a combo of 2 set exam , on my first attempt i got this result now on website showing that not have a another chance of exam. either you can refund my exam fee or allow me to write the second attempt.

Hi sir previously I took the dulingo exam .If i add all 4 subscores i got 375 and my overall score was 100.And i took again the dulingo exam and if i add all subscores i got 405 but the overall score still 100 i don't know why the score didn't change i thought that i will get 105 overall score but i didn't get .can you please help me

Hi, this is Nitin Moses, on March 2nd I have purchased the duolingo english test. I have taken an attempt of the test on March 3rd, due to problem the test is not certified.

So, on March 4th at morning I have retest again but it says the same and in evening I have retest it, all the network connection are stable and I have completed the test in following proper rules and guidance.But still it's showing only 1% upload. I need to know what is the thing matters. I have follow all guidance and have proper network connection. I need to know the correct exact reason for the problem. Please let me know.

Even after reading the question, I get a short period of time where thinking down the answer is not at all possible. So I think it's pretty clear that I didn't give any assistance. After finishing my photo and ID verification and T C, I clicked on the start button ...later, it started buffering and unable to start the test..plz resolve me this issue.

I have given test on this Sunday but I received mail stating that my test cannot be certified because they thought that I was reading pre written notes but that is not true I have not moved my cursor anywhere plus I was just reading the question. I have filed appeal but still no reply.

I have given the test twice and both times it said that it has not been certified. it says that another program was running on the laptop but I did not have any program running. I am extremely disappointed with the administration, please improve your unreliable software since it is costing us a lot of money. also, I think you should introduce a refund policy that gives our money back if you do not certify the test because it makes no sense that you took our money and didn't provide us with any service.

I gave duolingo English test on 11 may and 13 may after 48 hours I got that " You test is not certified" But they give me one free chance "free of cost" To take test within 90 days. After that taken my test again on 13may at night then on 15may at night I got mail that "you test is not certifief" Now if want to give test again then you have to pay fees.I am disappointed by admistration of duolingo English test.Even I am so frustrated, you just take students money by doing this kind of thing.I am so angry for this.
