Complaint Regarding Delayed Parcel Delivery – Perishable Items

Dear DTDC Customer Service,

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by DTDC. It has been over 8 days since I shipped my parcel, and it has still not been delivered. The package contains perishable items, and this delay has caused significant inconvenience and potential loss.

What makes this experience even more frustrating is that I chose DTDC despite higher shipping charges, expecting better service and timely delivery. Unfortunately, my experience has been exactly the opposite.

This delay and lack of responsibility are unacceptable, and I am now left with no choice but to take the following actions:

File a formal complaint with the Consumer Court.

Post my experience on social media platforms to warn other customers about the risks of using your service.

Encourage others to avoid using DTDC for any critical or time-sensitive shipments.

I demand an immediate update on the status of my parcel and a full explanation for the delay. I also expect compensation for the damage caused due to your negligence.

Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves.

Worst Service in Sandur

Worst Service in Sandur town, near Hospet, Bellary.
After 10 days also cover not delivered, they are not lifting the phone , i have called upto 12 time, they didn't lift the phone, 13th time lifted and talking very rudly......... Not bothered to deliver and give answer............... So embarrassing............. I didn't face this type in any of Courier service..................... In Life time i will not step into DTDC Services..........

Parcel undelivered

I booked my courier on 31st july 2025 and on 4th aug 2025 it was about to deliver in panipat near old bus stand of panipat but dtdc is so much clever.. they didn't put their effort to make the delivery. Inspite of delivery they simply updated the status that address was incomplete or wrong but I properly mentioned the address with phone number of my sister.. they didn't call even for once... just because they want extra charge by confusing me that addressed is incomplete.. for same parcel they could have charge again that is why they did this with me... it is second time I am facing this problem....

carelessness

Dtdc is a hopeless courier system
It must be stopped working
Despite of several complaints i find no improvement
They dont have decepline of businesses or profession
I think its worlds third class courier system
No one should fall pray of such stupid concern
Neither tracking nor communications are available moreover they give false or fake information on tracking
There is no resonance between local vendors and other office staff
My sincere request to not to coperate with such lousy fake courier system

Regarding your service

I have used your courier service for parcel on Monday 1st June 2020. Now I'm trying to track on 4th June its still showing in transit. I have tried your phone number but non of them are working.

Even your person whom I gave my parcel at khar west agency he can't even talk to customer properly.
