So

Worst service
Ek hafte bad bhi jalandhar se ludhiana tak courier nai gya. Chor bethe hai is company mai. Na phone pick kr rhe hai. Koi ladki age se phone pick krke cut kri ja rhi hai. Maine apna passport courier kia aur mujje urgent chahiye tha jaldi. Lag rha hai inhone gum kr dia . Aur track bhi nai ho pa rha..

Mera parcel 10/01/2020 ko faridabad se aanewala tha urgent tha esiliye by air se
Mangaya tha per company unake agent ko commision nahi deti hai usi vajah se o hamara parcel delay kiya hai....
Agar company hamase paise lekar good service nahi deti hai to company ko tala
laga dijiye
agar agent ko dene ke liye paise nahi hai to raste pe bhikh mango.

Fake numbers given. all the numbers are not working or no one is answering. it is very serious that my parcel is not being tracked and also unable to contact with any representative of on dot courier company.
Complaint agaisnt garg enterprises
All services are fake no number is working and the branch owner just abused me while i was claiming for my parcel worth 18000 this is hilarious i want strict action against them
All Numbers of delhi are fake
Some numbers are out of service.. Some are switched off and 1 number is having a ring but no one is picking up the call from last 3 days.. Very poor service. No customer support. No on time delivery. Bad company service

I will never recommend this service to anyone ..one of the pathetic customer service and thugs are seating and looting the items..I supposed to receive my electronic item and they delivered to wrong person without calling and not status on the tracking so called found out it is already delivered and they are not responding properly and washing their hands instead of taking action against the delivery guy ...I am going to file case against on consumer court ...
meanwhile never consider this service or loose your items and they will never resolve your issue ..
