• To lodge your compliant online, you can register through Directorate of Public Grievance Portal .
• If your grievance is still not resolved or you are not satisfied with the given resolution you can approach through Centralized Public Grievance Redress System (CPGRAMS) Portal .

How To Register Complaint With Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG)

• Visit the Directorate of Public Grievances website
• Click on Lodge Complaint / ViewStatus .
  
  • If you are a new user, select Register Here.
    

  • Fill in the registration form with all required details
    

  • Click Submit to complete your registration.
    

• Login again:
  • The system will ask you to change your password as per cybersecurity guidelines.
    

  • After changing the password, click Submit.
  • A confirmation message will appear stating that the password has been successfully updated.
    

• Once logged in, go to Lodge Complaint / View Status.
  • Select Lodge Your Grievance.
    

  • Choose the sector/department related to your grievance.
    

  • Enter all the grievance details as requested in the form.
    

  • Fill in your personal details accurately.
    

  • Click Submit.
  • After submission, an acknowledgment message will appear regarding the grievance, and the Cabinet Secretariat may send an SMS related to your complaint.
• To track your complaint, go to Lodge Complaint / View Status.
  • Select Check Status of Your Grievance.
    

  • Click on check status of your grievance
  • Enter your registration number and click Submit to view the status of your complaint.
