Respected Passport India Team,
I'm writing this with respect to the status of my passport renewal which is stuck due to Avery crucial step, that us, police verification.
The first step of my application was done on the appointed day itself, that is, the 27th of June. However, I was not at my residence at the time of police verification and I requested the respective Police officer to put the application on hold and I'll be there as soon as possible.
However, upon coming back, he stated that he had reverted my application to the PSK and thT I need to make a visit again in order to request the recontinuation of the police verification process.
Tomorrow, that is, the 8th of July, my three weeks period will be over.
Kindly resume my application and police verification process and treat the matter with urgency.
Moreover my PSK branch was Jhandewalan (File Number-DLF075217941425) with which I cannot get contact.

This is kindly inform you that at the time of police verification am not in my current address . Due to covid 19 we are going to Kerala home town . So I humbly request you to please do my police verification with out delay. Now am in delhi in this current address.

I am so thankful to passport office and staff. They all are very supporting even the varification officer was very genuine.i received my passport within one month of applying but not received my passport leather cover for which I paid 550 rupees in passport office hearld house on 26 October 2018.now what can I do help me

I would like to express few of my personal feelings which i come across during my document vitrification process at passport seva kendra: Herald house-ITO. I was quite embrace as well as angry due to verification officer, on the first day I brought all necessary documents as per instructed but they said that all those are not required but just few. but On the next appointment they ask for again. They even accepted my rent agreement but on the next appointment they deny again due to witness details. why they accept in the first place? . My point is why can't they check every thing on the first day itself so that customers can fulfill on the next appointment instead of making the person come again and again. i understand officers have to follow instructions but you should not forget general public issues as well. Every appointment they used to ask for different document to produce instead of verifying properly on 1st day itself. lastly I expect kind equal treatment despite of physical appearance.
