I called many time but no response.......
Regarding the cancellation of bus from dehradun to Lakhimpur khe
I'm very disappointed from the staff workers of ISBT Dehradun. Today I went to Isbt Dehradun and enquired about bus from dehradun to Lakhimpur kheri . They told me that the bus will leave at 8:30 pm. But there was no bus today from dehradun to Lakhimpur kheri. Even the staff don't know the correct information. Very disappointed.
Regarding cancellation of last bus from dehradun to rishikesh
I have MST fron Rishikesh to Dehradun yesterday 23 may 2022 Last bus from Dehradun to my hometown Rishikesh cancelled due to unknown reason and enquiry no. attended very late many people were suffering because of this, but this is not the end Today 24 May 2022 again Last Bus from Dehradun to Rishikesh cancelled and they have no reason for this cancellation. I just want to know that what is the purose of MST and what is the benefit of MST if Cancellation of Bus is going on again and again if bus from rishikesh is not coming or late so it is the responsibility of transport to arrange a new Bus in place of cancelled bus yesterday people were waiting at Rispana Bridge till 9 30 PM and after 8 pm it is so difficult to find a vehicle to go Rishikesh but UTC had no time to inform people through sms people suffer but they were not able to arrange a new Bus From Dehradun to Rishikesh.If it continue than most of the people use their own vehicle and UTC which is already in loss will have to suffer more. I just want that this comment will reach to the person who actually think about UTC losses and not about their own comfort.

I wants to book a ticket online from dehradun to sonipat but it is showing invalid station so I am not able to book the tickets

Please depute some person to attend the phone, if already deputed kindly note that he is not doing his duty at all. Please look into this important matter, after all its your clients calling to enquire about the buses. Which may make little contribution to already debt ridden uktc.
