I have a decathlon gift card balance having 1 year validity till 8-Aug-2020. How can I use this card for shopping online as I cannot visit stores because of lockdown?
Is card validity extend due to lockdown or it still be same?

Rain coat Defect

Sir

I had purchased a rain coat of Rs : 499/- from decathlon , Kalamassery , Cochin . At the time of purchase they didn't inform anything about it .
to day i had used the coat and i got wet fully in the rain even i wear your rain coat . i visited kalamassery decathlon and inform them about it but response too poor from your team . They said that water will get inside after 30 minutes . they why you calling it as a rain coat . we can get rain coat from local shop
with half of this amount . we expect a quality from your product . from my experience i understand that your product quality is worst than local product . and response from your staff is too bad .

i need a solution for this , either refund or product replacement
