Bad branding of Cosco by Khelo India retailer in Gurgaon

Today, as a customer I witnessed bad branding been done by Khelo India retailer in Gurgaon. He sells Cosco brand.
I bought a badminton racket yesterday, don't know if it was legitimate or sold by him illegally without paying taxes. He did not give me any sale receipt. Yesterday itself, its string broke. I went to complain him of the bad product (was a high cost product for me 1200 INR).
He was behaving as if he did a favour to me by selling the product, not acknowledging that there could be something wrong with the product. He out rightly mentioned the company does not return the products. As a customer I had no option but to get the string weaved by him again.
Felt cheated by brand Cosco and its franchisee.
