Club Mahindra membership cancel

I had taken the membership on 6th May 2023 but for some reason I got the plan canceled on 9th May 2023.
30000 thousand rupees was paid which Rituran was about to come on 22 June 2023, till now the amount Rituran has not come or the contact number of the club owner is also not found which is absolutely wrong.
Membership plan was taken from Hotel Central Park, Supela Ghadi Chowk, Bhilai Chhattisgarh, even called the employees, no response came from that either.

Not reply for cancellation application

am from Gujarat Godhra.A person mr.ankit contact me and I took membership on Feb,18.A person mr.praveen contact me and I took membership on Feb,18.within few days I wanted to cancel it and send email to member relations. daily I tried to contact that Ankit Ahmedabad.but he is don't put my call.. Don't know what to do.feel cheated. and club Mahindra customer care always not reachable, Don't know what to do.feel cheated.

I wanted to cancel my membership with you as many things were wrongly conveyed during registration and I got to know about additional charges and other clarifications when I visited your office. At present conditions I cannot afford to continue with the membership.

Cancellation of membership

Till date I have sent almost 10-11 emails regarding cancellation of my membership and refund of my deposit,and have received only one mail confirming acceptance of my membership cancellation request dated 30/11/18.

Have called your office several times, earlier the operator used to connect me with your staff subhlaxmi, later she started avoiding d calls then your operator told me ,my case is put up for final settlement and concerned will call and mail me d status but till date none of your executives have called me or sent any mails confirming d grind status of my deposit .

Have already given d bank details,as per your company policy the refund s are settled in 90 days time.
This is just a reminder to remind you that my case is completing 90 days on 28/02/19.

No Reply on Refund Clarification

We have gone through the clause but however there is no clarity in your explanation. What you are saying is applicable for fully paid membership.
Here what we paid was an Application fee and seek refund for withdrawal of application.

Secondly your marketing person Mr. Anshul Chaudhary in first visit mentioned that booking at Club mahindra are only
for members and non members can not take bookings. Where as when we checked online bookings at club mahindra are open
for non members in booking.com and other travel sites. Can you please advise if non members can take bookings in your club what
numbers of rooms or beds are reserved for club members. Appreciate your clarity on this.

Unable to connect customer care/refund not given .

I am from Coimbatore.A person mr.praveen contact me and I took membership on Feb,18.within few days I wanted to cancel it and send email to member relations and get a reply that within 120 days cheque will be sent. In July after 4months I tried to contact that Praveen his number is switched off and club Mahindra customer care always not reachable, CBE office found closed. Don't know what to do.feel cheated.

While taking membership your representation has promised us to support to book holidays in coming Diwali Holidays. We have paid around 29800/- towards down payment for membership fees with Rs. 10700/- approx. EMI for 4 year.

After becoming member and receiving kit we did not received any support for your agent and no one turned up to demonstrate booking procedure.
We called Mr Pritesh many times and he promised to come to our residence but he did not turned up.

Last week when booking for November' 18 sector opened myself and my husband called him continuously but he did not lifted our phone. Also we talked to your Ahmedabad branch office and they asked to contact customer care and on talking customer care they asked us to call branch office.
We also called to Mr Anirudh on 03rd Aug and he promised my that he shall revert till end of day with solution. Thereafter we received call from Pritesh finally after calling him for 10-15 times and he said I am at training in Delhi and shall revert when back to Vadodara and meet us on 06th Aug,
Till date nobody has reverted back to us today,

We have decided to cancel our membership as from first instance we have experienced non support behavior from Club Mahindra team,
We have seen a big change is behavior before and after taking membership,

Today our 1st ECS is going to be remitted in bank towards payment of membership fees, request to stop processing this ECS and others in future too,

Kindly refund us down payment made for Rs. 29800/- approx. and process membership cancellation,

Our decision in this is final and shall not alter,

Please do needful earliest as we require fund to plan our Diwali vacation holidays,

Revalidation of Resort Credit Voucher

I was given the above valid upto 20-3-2018 but I could not utilise the same as Associates resorts donot accept the same plus no holidays were planned. I wrote to MemberRelations in Jan18 and was assured in case it is unutilized I can ask for revalidation.
Now the Member Relation team is saying it has to be utilised within validity period. If it was so then why they agreed to give extension after validity period and why Associates Resort does not honour them.
It seems like 1000 note Demonetized and of No Value.
I wrote to Mr Pavan in Mumbai Office on 27-6-18 but got no response.
Now I will write letters to Chairman Mr Anand Mahindra at Mumbai Office to know if this is the Customer Satisfaction or Service the lower rank office staff provide .Me and my family members have 6 membership of Club Mahindra now regret putting all eggs in one basket.

EMI payment

I have taken membership ( membership no 2789053), during discussion of membership, specially i told to club mahindra personnel please take 3 nos EMI only (jan,feb & march 18) , after availing 1 holiday, will further give the instruction for deduction of EMI. Even i written a mail to club mahindra for no deduction of EMI for the month of APRIL, MAY & JUNE. But they are continue to deduct the EMI from my account.Even i told to Varanasi branch overphone not to deduct the EMI.

So, we request to you please stop EMI deduction till further information, and return the money to me for the month of april & may 18.

Cheating by mr Thansif bangalore

We are from Bangalore . This person thansif met my in-laws and did not explain the policy in detail and cheated them .he s not explained anything in detail .now when they have understood the details they want to cancel it , and this person is still beating arround the bush and not ready to guide them .when it was brought to my notice I called him to ask about refund and cancellation charges ,he s not ready to give me his seniors number ... He says he wants to talk to my in-laws only and not to me ..
Such unprofessional person .now I understand what trap he would have played to cheat elders .what is the fear if he gives me his seniors phone number ? He's scared that it will become a complain on him that he did not explain it in detail .this shows that Mr thansif is fraud. Expecting further guidance on cancellation of the membership .

Club Mahindra a blot on the Mahindra Conglomerate

I took bliss membership in Oct 2017 after lots of visit by the local Pune Sales Team.
A big mistake on my part as, till today I regret my own decision.
Even when I am told to pay the Annual Subscription Fees and requesting the Pune Sales team comprising of Mr. Mohammed Yahya and Mr. Imran Khan to collect my cheque , they refuse to respond on their Mobile and don't seem to be bothered.
A loss to the Mahindra Company for keeping such inefficient employees as well as their financial loss.

Refund Awaited from past nine months

I visited one of the club Mahindra promotional event at Rudrapur in the month of June 2017. On discussion I paid rupee 5000 as token money to enrol one of membership from debit card. But due to some other reason I request the club Mahindra team to not to move ahead with this and cancel my enrolment. They request for one mail regarding this and I sent same day. The team committed to do the refund within in week but not the words matured. After that I request the same to customer care and got call from delhi office and they committed for my refund in 60 working days. Again no refund to me. Now from past 8 months I am continuously follow the members, customer care team, Delhi office in charge but no result. Now they not picking my call. This is very bad on their part and giving no care to customer. Worst experience èith club Mahindra. This is happening to me even I myself is employee of Mahindra and Mahindra. What are the attiquetes club Mahindra is following for our customers.

Dear Sir,

I am being invited by your company staff to provide me free coupon and it is being communicated that I have been selected in lucky customer survey.

After that I have been getting regular call to come at your Gurgaon office. Today I have visited but now I am feeling ASTONISH.

Sir I do feel some of your staff is not behaving professional and goodwill of your company is getting diminishing. Apart of that staff tried to sell your holiday packages as and when I have told them that we can take decision after discussing my parents there behaviour has changed and they started insulting me .
I am surprised how your staff is behaving unprofessional and committed lie to get me available in your office.

Please take my feedback positively because these type of unethical marketing practices create bad image of your company
