VERY UNFORTUNATE ------------ I have ordered on small ear ring for my daughter which was returned as my daughter don't like it. But ONE MONTH has passed I have not received any amount. I have checked my account regularly but no hope. Request everyone not to buy anything from CLUB FACTORY then you will had. If they are not paying only INR 128 then how they pay big amount.

With much effort in purchasing product from club factory and so much wait finally my order got cancelled by club factory due to poor reason of unavailability of product, then why they accepted my order then, this is really frustrating that while putting your time in searching such product and at end of the day you will get nothing but sorry,

I had bought a bag which was a faulty piece the payment mode was cod so you ppl charged me rs512 bag price +100 for shipping now when I accepted the return policy the app said it will repaid as per the payment method I paid for the package.
Today the delivery person said me I ll be getting the amount in my bank account how that's possible now I have called customer center number like 10times to know about refund still call doesn't get connected gets disconnected by itself.

I returned the product due to incorrect size on 17August 2018.
The club factory app allows to courier the products back through professional courier. I couriered it back through professional courier. Tracking number was KUR604282056. I couriered back to this address DTDC Warehouse, Khasra No 27/09, Internal Road Kapashera, Kapashera New Delhi, Behind Fun & Food Village.
But your DTDC warehouse refused to accept it. The package came back to Mumbai on which it was written PR (Party Refused)
Having long chats on Club Factory app with your customer service agents and then they told me to courier via DTDC.
Today 30August 2018 I have couriered it through DTDC Courier. Tracking Number M66992237.
Product Amount - Rs.844.09/-

QUALITY SERVICE RETURN ISSUES
so i bought a shrug from this site and got it in 10 days , and according to the image it seemed a good synthetic material product but when delivered , the same shrug looked like a medical coat made of some cheap cloth , and then i tried to return the product , but then again the support centre is so slow that they took almost another 15-20 days to take back the product and after the product returned , the conversation between support centre and me was deleted and further it been a month almost , i did not get my refund back and not any revert from this site and therefore i approximately lost rs 350 , this site should have a "disclaimer: buy on ur own risk"; thumps down , never again am going to trust this site, and never going to recommend to anybody .
