I had already registered a complaint on 4th November and your branch didn't take any action even after giving police complaint copy they told that the money will be reimbursed in 15 days and nothing happened.Please read that complaint again.
My account number is cub xxx983858 delhi karolbagh branch. Day before yesterday i lost my mobile in a function and my phone pe account was compromiced with the password stored in notes. Someone had misused my account and there is a theft (Transfer) of rs. 1000 to an another account named arunpandiyaraj b with phonepe account/phone number +9163855 36435xx (May be as a trial transaction). Since i found my mobile was missing and alerted everyone locking the entrance, the theif had put my mobile in bathroom and i found it by searching. Later by yesterday i came to know about the theft of money in my accountbthrough message and phonepe history. Please do help me to revert the transaction with transaction number is p1911011119309387615398xx. Please revert my money and take necessary action against this thief named arunpandiyaraj b (With phonepe account number +91 63855 3643xx5)

respected sir, madam
i have a pharmacy and using your swiping machines. comparatively with H D FC BANk and
ICICI BANKS, etc you bank charges more for pos machines. we pay only rs 350 pm for pos machines
whereas ur charges are more than 1200 rupees pm it comes. so i request u to consider the above said
fact and intimate the result please.
