Bad experience with Chaayos app

I have ordered tea bags through the Chaayos app on my mobile. The order placement and charging were smooth. However, no one delivered the package even after 4 hours. The status on the app showed that it was ordered. When I click on the track, it displays a message stating that the web page I am looking for does not exist.

When I called customer service, they told me I could not order delivery through the app. Then why did the app take my order and charge the money? By then, I was already disappointed. She offered to cancel my order and told me that it will take 7-8 working days to refund the money!!!

This is not acceptable to me, I am sorry I ordered it through them.
