Request for Status & File No. of Second Appeals received
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am Mohammad Abbas, a responsible Indian citizen presently residing in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. I had sent two Second Appeal applications addressed to the Hon’ble Central Information Commission (CIC), New Delhi, via India Post Speed Post on May 26, 25 regarding the non-satisfactory replies to my first appeals.
The details of the applications are as follows:
Speed Post Tracking Number: ED8XXXXXXX2IN
Speed Post Tracking Number: ED8XXXXXXX9IN.
As per the India Post both applications were received by the Hon’ble Commission on May 28.
However, when I checked the status on the official CIC website, the result shows “No Record Found” for both appeals.
I kindly request you to confirm:
- Whether these appeals have been officially acknowledged/registered by the Hon'ble Commission.
- The assigned Diary/Reference Number for each appeal (if any).
- The current status of both appeals.
