After you register your complaint and submit your information, You will receive a notification (via SMS/Email) that your request has been processed. You can then use your Request ID on the portal to see the status marked as "Blocked."
If you find your phone, you must report it to the local police before using the "Unblock Found Mobile" option on the portal to restore its functionality.
