Missed one part of a dress which is billed

We had shopped for around 13000 today at central orion mall and we brought a cream colour dress from biba which had a top,a jacket on it and a pant but after reaching home when i checked I could just find jacket and pant where in the top was missing!! Will i get the top or what should i do to get that top?

Complaint regarding my replacement

I have Make a purchase of around Rs 30,000 , in which I have buy a shoes of UCB brand of rs 3200 , now due to some reason I want to to replace it , so now they accept my item but they are saying that I can only buy any item of same UCB brand with this amount , I don’t know why they are enforcing me to buy from the same brand , I am not asking for my money but at least they should allow me to buy it u teams from any brand. Still I have one month to buy item , please help me in this issue . Thanks regards Rishi Pandey.

There is no cash back return on future pay

Sir,I have been complained more than two times I had purchased some cloths. Rs 400 cash back every month on future pay but there is no cash back on futurwallet the complain no is CT31901929262 please check the issue.
