I was order dresses in an online website called KEVE shop of worth 1795/- on 22nd February 2020. But till my order is not delivered and money paid through credit card via cc avenue merchant site.Now it seems to be a fraud site,because no reply and no tracking ID,No phone numbers to contact.My order no is #8117

Money not refunded even after 77 Days

I placed an order on 27th march 2012 trough gifts to world, The order was not deliverd and money is not refunded till now. When i enquired they informed that its with you guys and will refund before 7th of April , its been more than 2 and half months now. May i know when can i get the refund. Today morning I sent rupees 148 mobile recharge to one of my friend's voda number 9874599807 through the gateway of CCAVENUE.COM. I regret, the recharged amount have not been sent to the number as of now, whereas the amount of 148INR has been debited to my Axis bank account.

I have applied for UPES(University of Petroleum and Energy Resources) through online on 31.01.2012. I have selected Online payment mode. The facilitator is cc avenue. After transaction process, I found that my amount was deducted from my account but the payment was not made. I have checked in the UPES website also. Tomorrow (04.02.2012) is the last date for registration in UPES. I am in an emergency situation. So kindly refund my amount or make the transaction successful within tomorrow morning.

We have integrated CC avenue with our website and it has been working since more than 3 weeks, but recently many of our customer have complained that they are getting some different page screen instead of billing page of yours ! On oct 7 2011 at 6:41PM recharge mobile no. 9126040859 Rs.97/- Uninor(topup) through payment deducted but recharge fail. Now said that Your transaction was an unsuccessful transaction and since we didnt get the successful parameters back from the bank, it is a failed transaction for us. This happens when the connectivity between the bank/payment gateway and our servers break due to some technical error or if the bank servers are slow. In such cases we do not receive the successful parameters back from the bank. Please note that we have not received the money and it is either still with your bank or our payment processing company CCAvenue. If for some reasons the money is debited from your account, your bank/CCAvenue will refund the same to you within 5/7 business working days. When & how I received the money?
