With due respect ,
My name is Raja Jyrwa from Shillong ,Meghalaya
Castrol is one of the very top international brand and yes indeed we are very happy and satisfied with the lubricants and all the products of Castrol.
The only thing cocerns me are the Staff of your castrol company in Shillong give an act of racism whatever meeting are called only few people attend it because of the budget i guess while the company is giving a good facilities for the promotion of the product but the staff of the Shillong Castrol are very cheap their behaviour is just like a police officer.
Just because we are from Northeast and we are Minority it doesnt mean that we dont have money. First of all teach good manners to your staffs from Shillong or else all the Garage Union will ignore themselves to buy and refer the castrol company.
Yesterday I attended one meeting of castrol company in Demseniong side and simply i raised a request on behalf of my mechanic friends but the question raised by me was unfulfilled and no response from the incharge that was present in the said location which was very disrespectful and one more thing it is Castrol company meeting and it was held in a very cheap and corner area inside a godown jus because the invitees were Mechanics.please next time it should not happen like this kind of intolerance or else the company will be very down if it does satisfy the needs of the mechanics and the Garage owners.
