Extremely Unprofessional Service Over a Month Without AC

Tired with their 'service'

My 3-year-old Carrier AC started showing an E1 error, and I raised a complaint on 12th May.
Since then, it's been an absolute nightmare dealing with both the Carrier Indore service centre and the technician, Atif assigned to my case.

Despite repeated follow-ups, it took nearly 20 days just to get the AC looked at. I was forced to purchase an AMC worth ₹5,100, and was even told by the technician that if I paid ₹1,000 extra, he could fast-track the repair to happen the very next day. I initially agreed, but he kept making excuses every single day like "I’ll come tomorrow", and eventually never delivered on that promise. So I did not end up paying the extra amount.

When the technician finally came, I requested him three times to check the outdoor unit PCB, but he insisted the problem was with the indoor unit PCB. Based on his recommendation, we replaced it, only to find out that it was not the issue at all. He eventually replaced the outdoor PCB, but even after that, the E1 error kept coming back within a couple of days.

As of today, over a month later, my AC is still not functioning correctly. The technician no longer takes our calls, and the service center is equally irresponsible — they either don’t pick up, or say "we’ll call back in 10 minutes" and never do.

On top of that, I have still not received an AMC receipt, despite multiple requests via call and WhatsApp. I’ve already spent over ₹12,000 in repairs, AMC, and accessories in the last year, and all I have to show for it is a non-working AC and endless frustration.

WORST SERVICE EVER

I complain regarding my No Cooling and Pre-Maintenance issues under AMC; however, both declined to attend the complaint.
The service center team and is not responding for month,
This type of service i ever never seen , they will took one month for a part, no body responding properly,
The carrier team should close this type of worst SERVICE CNTER, AND Carrier should close the manufacturing of AC .

writing This message to inform the company I faced very pathetic service from the carrier service team (cool service calicut unit) I am using 6 carrier split ac in my 3 shops, i have faced a major service mistake issue at my nadapuram store ( DESIGN BOUTIQUE). I bought an amc from calicut cool service. I always buy AMC every year to protect all my ac.This time service guy ( ashwin ) came on 19/03/25 and service my 2ac.after his service the very next day water leakage issue detected in 1ac.the 2nd ac not working!!! I checked and found a major connection issue while he serviced!!! image attached with this mail. Please check ! high chance to get electric shock.i informed ashwin and carrier service team regarding this critical issue but they did not take this issue seriously. After 67 days till my issue is not solved,they keep telling me that they will come and solve asap.they are fooling me for the last 67 days,customers not able to stay at my store because of the heat my sale was dropped. My store both AC has not worked for the last 67 days! .all happened only because they were not resolved my issue.Is this kind of service providing a reputed brand called carrier ? How can I buy a carrier product in the future with trust ? How can i suggest carrier to someone trustfully ? never expected this type of irresponsible service from a reputed brand.i request you to take necessary action against this type of people. this kind of service will damage this company image very badly and please resolve my issue asap.i am expecting a proper reply from your side

Don't purchase CARRIER AC THEY ARE FRAUD

प्रिय कैरियर एसी कस्टमर केयर टीम,

मैं आपको अपनी एसी सर्विस इश्यू के बारे में लिख रहा हूं। मैंने अप्रैल/मई 2022 में एक कैरियर एसी खरीदा था। इसके बाद, मैंने 6 महीने बाद एसी की सर्विस के लिए कॉल किया था, लेकिन कोई भी व्यक्ति नहीं आया।

मेरी आखिरी शिकiयत 27 अप्रैल 2023 को दर्ज की गई थी, जो अभी तक हल नहीं हुई है। आपने मेरी शिकायत को बिना समाधान किए बंद कर दिया है। मैं अभी भी अपनी एसी की सर्विस का इंतजार कर रहा हूं।

मैं आपको यह भी बताना चाहता हूं कि 14 अप्रैल 2025 को मैंने लगभग 12:25 बजे कॉल किया, जिसे प्रदीप कौर ने उठाया और 30 मिनट के बाद मुझे टीएल के पास ट्रांसफर किया गया। टीएल श्री प्रसाद ने मुझे आश्वासन दिया कि समस्या का समाधान किया जाएगा और मुझे कॉल बैक किया जाएगा, लेकिन आज तक मुझे कोई कॉल नहीं आया। मेरी कॉल 50 मिनट लगभग चली जिसमें में 35 मिनट होल्ड पर था।

आज फिर से मैंने लगभग 8:32 बजे कॉल किया, जिसे राजन ने उठाया और मुझे फिर से गुमराह किया गया। अगर आप अपने ग्राहकों को गमराह करेंगे, तो आप निश्चित रूप से हमें खो देंगे।

यह आपकी गलती है, इसलिए मैं आपसे अनुरोध करता हूं कि मेरी एसी सर्विस का मुद्दा निःशुल्क हल किया जाए। अगर मेरी समस्या का समाधान नहीं किया जाता है, तो मैं उपभोक्ता फोरम में जाने के लिए मजबूर हो जाऊंगा।

Very Poor Service Experience Under AMC

I personally reached out to the assigned service engineers regarding my No Cooling and Pre-Maintenance issues under AMC; however, both declined to attend the complaint. Upon contacting representatives.
Carrier Area Manager, were unsuccessful as my calls were blocked, and no response was received from alternate numbers.
This continued lack of service and accountability is deeply concerning, particularly given that my unit is covered under a valid AMC.

Regarding service center work

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by your center. I scheduled a service appointment for my air conditioner on , 08Aug2024 despite repeated follow-ups, the service has yet to be completed.
The delay has caused significant inconvenience, particularly given the current weather conditions. I request an immediate resolution to this issue and a clear timeline for when I can expect the service to be completed.

Please address this matter urgently and provide a prompt response.

Very pathetic service

Dear carrier team,

Please refer service request no in subject line technician has visit on 29/july/24 for complaint no - XXXXX without proper resolution and checking the AC they have left told that we will visit tomorrow again.

After that I have called multiple time to you local service provider from bahadurgarh he have refused to visit on 30/july/24 as per his confirmation given on last visit day 29/july/24 now not even picking call as well.

Issue was there for water leakage from ac indoor points after visit of tecnician ac is not even cooling now.

Then I have registered a complaint against on 30/july/24 with complaint no - XXXXX but till time I have not received any call from your side and still waiting for resolutions.

At the time of purchase of this AC I have paid extra payment with an amount of INR XXX/- for extended warranty offer 1 year + 4 year warranty as confirmed by dealer and tecnician who visit for installation, bills for same purchase and installation are available with me.

Your local service provider has refused that there are no any offer with them as mentioned above in mail for extended warranty.

Even at the time of visit on 29/july/24 they have took a payment of XXX/- rupees digital proof available with me but no any invoice has been provided by them.

Please look into this matter and resolve as soon as possible customer is suffering with problem but your team is not cooperating with us.

Worst AC service Providers

I bought a new AC just days back and it started failing with Error E1
I request the technician visit and he told that the PCB is broken and a new need to be installed.
Post that no action/ update has been since 4 Days.
Neither they are helping nor providing resolution.

Very poor and ill- Staff with no technical help, just playing push push games.

AC issue

I purchased 2 Carrier ACs in 2019 from Ideal Home Appliances showroom in Trivandrum. Since then i have been experiencing many issues with the product. One of them replaced in a month time. The second one now having issues, and not functioning. the local service partner claims that the board got damaged and needs to be replaced. I have other ACs ( Vedeocon, Voltas etc..) functioning more than 8 years without any problem. I still can't digest that the board got damaged in 3 years and the replacement cost around Rs. 12,000/-. need to know the following:

1. What's the reason of the damage?
2. What's guarantee that the issue will not occur again?

I asked this question to the local service partner, but they have no clue.

Worst After Sales Services

Hi, I have purchased a washing machine (MWMFL070HEF) from FLIPKART. My order number was OD222291132316888000.

As per the listing of the products on FLIPKART, installation was to be done immediately after the delivery of the product. Even after 7 days of delivery of the product, installation and demo is pending.

As per the product booklet if the installation is done by any unauthorised person, any kind guarantee/ warranty will not be valid. So I am unable to use the product and the benefit.

If your company is incompetent to provide the after sales services, should stop selling the products and fooling the people.

MIDEA Deficiency in Service

1. I purchased an RO Water Purifier of Midea on 28 September 2018, bearing Model Number
MWPRO080A16 (copy of Affixed Sticker and Bill of Sale Attached).
2. After the initial installation by your service representative, the RO Water Purifier was never
serviced/ attended to despite raising several service requests (For Free Service and For Paid
Service both) through the reseller and directly on the company website. The same can be verified
from the records maintained by your company.
3. Now the quality of water has deteriorated to that extent that it is no longer consumable or
potable. I have not exercised the option of going in for service through a third-party vendor till now
but in the absence of any response from you, I am being constrained to exercise that option.
4. Please treat this communiqué as the final request in this regard for providing me the promised
‘Free-Service’ failing which, I shall be forced to explore legal options for the deficiency in services.
