How authorized representative will get access to e/A holder?

• When the primary e‑Insurance Account (eIA) holder appoints an Authorized Representative (AR), an intimation is sent to the concerned person via SMS and/or email
• In case of the demise of the primary eIA holder, the Authorized Representative must contact CAMS Repository at 18005691990 or info [at] camsrepository [dot] com and submit the required documentary evidence (e.g., death certificate and ID proof).
• CAMS Repository will verify the submitted documents and the credentials of the Authorized Representative
• Upon successful verification, login credentials will be issued to the Authorized Representative, who will be granted read-only access to the eIA.
