Lost / Damage / Delayed Baggage Procedure
- For any query/complaint related to Lost / damaged / delayed baggage you can call at the +1-800-839-2256
- For any lost baggage that is not located within 21 days from the date on which it was to delivered, passengers will get reimbursement of the fees paid and the expenses made.
- You have to report any damaged baggage in person within 7 days upon arrival.
- If your Lost / Damage / Delayed Baggage is still not located, you can to fill this Baggage Claim Form
