I recently purchased a Cadbury Temptations Almond Treat chocolate from Goregaon East.

However, upon opening the wrapper after reaching home, I was disappointed to find that nearly half of the chocolate was missing, indicating that I had received a defective product. As a loyal customer who trusts the Cadbury brand, it is extremely disappointing to encounter such a quality issue, especially for a product priced at ₹125.

This experience is unacceptable and has left me dissatisfied. I request that this matter be investigated and escalated to the concerned team. Kindly provide an appropriate resolution at the earliest.

We have been facing an issue with our Cadbury refrigerator/cooler for the last 1 month. The cooling is not working properly and despite multiple complaints and phone calls, there has been no response from your company side. Nobody even picks up the calls.
This is very poor and disappointing service from such a big company. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible and send a technician immediately.

We losss 10k due to Cadbury wrost service if they made our fridge of chocolate then it sell but without cold no anyone take chocolate and even we complain many time from 1 month call, eamil there no response from your side even don't pick call and we are old customer of cardboury from 16 or 20 years, even we don't get service wrost service in the india is cardboury so we decided do not sell any products from cardboury very bad service. Due to your neglect we loss.

I just purchased bournville 50℅ dark chocolate and I was expecting a lot but in the end j regreted buying it as the half of the packet was empty and there was not even design on the left chocolate which shown outside the packaging. I am highly dissatisfied from this product

bought a cadbury silk hazelnut for my daughter from a local store in Visakhapatnam, while i had a bite of it i found this chocolate is smelling nd tasting bad the nuts in this chocolate are tasting oily and rotten.
Never expected this from Cadbury.

We bought a pack of Studio Signature Pralines. Worms were found in the Gianduja. Photos are attached along with this email. This is extremely disappointing to see worm in the Cadbury's chocolates.

I got a roasted almond cadbury dairy milk chocolate in celebrations. When i opened the packet it was half in quantity within the sealed pack.

Hi, myself Sarbani Ghosh. I love to eat chocolates and Dairy milk silk is my favourite. But today I am very unhappy as I bought a Dairy milk silk Oreo from a nearby shop and found out that the inside packaging was full oily and the chocolate was itself very oily. As soon as took a bite of it, it felt disgusting and I am sure that I won't be able to eat silk atleast for a year. I am falling ill because of this and I assure you that this is a big loss for you as I am a frequent customer.... Please try to fix this problem or else you will lose your customers. Thank you.

Iam from Indra super market Chennai.. our Cadbury freezer provided by you is not working for past 5 days... And We informed to your distributor and company sales officer Mr.Palraj, but there's no proper response..
Unfortunately yesterday the officers from fssai government of India came to shop for inspection and found that freezer is not working and warned us for that chocolate may get spoilt of germs and worms..as the products are not kept properly in the freezer..
Coming Monday they may come back and collect the sample for checking..
Please repair or replace the freezer immediately

We have been a loyal customer of your company for several years now, but unfortunately, we have not been receiving any products for the past two years.

We have not had any visits from salespersons or officers from your company, which has been very disappointing. As a result, we are unable to place any orders for your products.

We are a significant seller of Cadbury products in our area, and we estimate that we sell approximately 80% of the varieties of your products. However, due to the unavailability of your products, we have had to apologize to customers who come to our store looking for them.

We request you to take immediate action to address this issue and provide your products for our store. We hope to continue our long-standing relationship with your company, and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
