Problem

Hi,
We bought Brand new Butterfly Rapid plus 5J mixer grinder.we purchased in Flipkart in November,it's been only 5 months,huge noise is coming while grinding and one week back sparks and smoke comes out of the mixer while grinding and stopped functioning.I am trying to call your people,but the given number is not working/reachable.please do needful.

Butterfly Wet Grinder - Rapid Plus complaint

Hi,
We bought Brand new Butterfly Wet Grinder - Rapid Plus from Flip kart on 08th January'21. From Day 1 we are getting huge noise during Grinding & it is consuming 1 hr fro grinding of 1.5 KG of Rice.
I have raised complaint on 16th March & today technician has visited our home. After service also situation is same & the noise has been increased more.

We hardly used 4 - 5 times as of now & I request you kindly replace the wet grinder at the earliest, as we can't tolerate with this.
