we have order combo on table no. 102 Dated 24/10/2025. In that order fries were made up of green potato. we also talk with the store manager and he replied that so many green potato already packed so we don't checked that during frying fries.
NOTE : Green potato contain solanine, a natural defense toxin that can cause nausea,headache and other symptoms if we take large amount of solanine, we may also lost our lives.
Pls note that I have experience that my son consumed so much of time green potato that he was gone through this for so many times because of consuming that green potato fries, so much of time my son was not feeling well after eating that fries. After so many complaints to store manager that they don't try to do with this issued like they just ignored it.

I had ordered a veg meal and a veg burger from burger King app from moosarambagh store and I had paid the amount..I called the delivery partner so many times but his phone was switched off and in the app it shows that the order was delivered but I didn't get any order I want my money back.i want refund for the order not delivered for me

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent order experience. I placed an order through the Burger King app, and the status showed that the delivery partner had picked it up. However, I never received my food.

When I contacted the delivery partner directly, he casually mentioned that the order was “damaged” — yet no one bothered to inform me or take responsibility. On top of that, when I tried to reach the outlet, they deliberately switched off their phone, leaving me with no way to get help.

This is completely unacceptable. I paid for my order and received nothing in return. Not only is this a failure in service, but it also feels like a complete disregard for customer trust.

I demand:

1. A full refund for my undelivered order immediately.

2. An explanation for why I was not contacted when my order was supposedly “damaged.”

I went to burger king and placed at Burger King Omaxe Mall , beta 1, Greater noida. I waited 20 minutes for my order , it was accepted by restaurant. When i went to pick up at the counter as it was saying ready to pick up restaurant cancelled my order and said they dont have coke. I placed this order at restaurant why didn't they inform me that they don't have coke. They said they cant help with this. I was with my 6 yaer old kid who was already waiting to eat but because of there negligence i had to suffer.

Please provide REFUND for my order and take strict action against this branch. All the workers were least interested in answering the problem they were ignoring the customer. PATHETIC AND VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

I ordered 4 meal by the burger king app of rupees 415 and money is debited from my account and app is still showing that my payment is pending and is written my order is awaited,so please refund my debited money in my account .

I've ordered two burgers in the BK app, and paid. I was waiting for 1.5hrs and the delivery guy called me, your food is not there, the staffs are not responding and it is not showing any details in delivery side about the food, money it is mentioned only (food).the shops contact number is switched off Till now. I placed an order on holi they accepted my order, even i paid online for that order. After some time they canceled our order but not refunded. The Chicken wings had blood in it .It has happened for more than three times and the staff was irresponsive of this .They were adamnant on not accepting their fault and compensating us .They straightout refused our complain to compensate or offer an apology that is highly unprofessional.

We order 3 meals n it was 30 min late we ask one of employee
She told fries is not ready but at the time she was serving not customer who came after us , this is such a disappointment
They served a cold burger and teste is not good

Just wanted to bring this to your attention that I ordered chicken wing today (quantity 4) . By looking at it , we can clearly say they served the left over ones. Sized 1.5 inches very very small.. when tasted , The chicken was smelling very bad as if it was old and not fresh. I notified the burger king person that it was not good at all. I asked for a refund. He said they can serve another set of 4 pieces. How can we trust the new ones are fresh . Or they wantedly serve the old ones to sale the old stuff . So I have asked for a refund, which he denied and arrogantly replied u can complain or do whatever u want. Such a bad behavior .

I ordered a double patty chicken whopper from the app at 1:36 pm 24/09/2023 and paid the money via UPI but the order never arrived. For the first 3 hrs it was showing that food is being prepared and after that it is showing food delivered but actually the order never arrived and nobody was picking up the phone from restaurant, the worst experience.

Was shocked to see the quality of chicken patty... Bought fiery chicken. One dry cold, stale piece of patty I between bread with no proper dressing...

Been a regular CUSTOMER in Malaysia for years...and Co to ued in India too.

Same burger compared with KFC spicy burger has which has a real chicken slice ..attitude of staff can kill a brand or store.

I have order from burger king 4 to 5 time but they used to cancel the order and not refund ny money back

So I went in a burger King outlet in saltlake and ther I wanted to take 2 veg crispy burger to take away so I told the staff my order and she said u can't take away without a combo (there must be a coldrink in it ) I said her that I don't want to drink cold drink why can't I take only crispy veg burger if there is a option to buy that In menu she rudely replied that u can't take only veg burger I am very disappointed and would never recommend burger King to any one the way of treating customer's is not right and why can't I take only a veg burger if there is a option to

The staff of bahadurgarh,haryana outlet is misbehaving with customer and they doesn't know that what is respect so kindly look on this matter and give positive response.
