Double payment due to app glitch did not get the refund

So while ordering I made a payment and the app showed that the payment got failed so I again did the payment and they placed duplicate order for me . though after few attempts I didn't receive the second order but there was no information from there end and I didn't even get anything related to my refund . There is no reply on my E-mail . Also what a pathetic user interface they have. They need to understand that even students order from their apps and they have very limited money , they can not leave them like without saying anything . We need to answer our parents for every single amount we spend . Also this was my first and last time ordering from their app and will never recommend anyone to use their apps .

BURGER KING STALED FOOD PROBLEM...

we have order combo on table no. 102 Dated 24/10/2025. In that order fries were made up of green potato. we also talk with the store manager and he replied that so many green potato already packed so we don't checked that during frying fries.
NOTE : Green potato contain solanine, a natural defense toxin that can cause nausea,headache and other symptoms if we take large amount of solanine, we may also lost our lives.
Pls note that I have experience that my son consumed so much of time green potato that he was gone through this for so many times because of consuming that green potato fries, so much of time my son was not feeling well after eating that fries. After so many complaints to store manager that they don't try to do with this issued like they just ignored it.

Urgent Complaint – Paid Order Not Delivered

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent order experience. I placed an order through the Burger King app, and the status showed that the delivery partner had picked it up. However, I never received my food.

When I contacted the delivery partner directly, he casually mentioned that the order was “damaged” — yet no one bothered to inform me or take responsibility. On top of that, when I tried to reach the outlet, they deliberately switched off their phone, leaving me with no way to get help.

This is completely unacceptable. I paid for my order and received nothing in return. Not only is this a failure in service, but it also feels like a complete disregard for customer trust.

I demand:

1. A full refund for my undelivered order immediately.

2. An explanation for why I was not contacted when my order was supposedly “damaged.”

Regarding Double Payment

I made a payment on 19 July 2025 with my credit card the amount was also deducted from my card but there was also an issue in the Card swipe machin which showed network error, Due to which they were not able to confirm my payment and requested to pay again through UPI and said that we would be able to transfer the extra amount if any way the error transaction has actually confirmed. SO i made the payment again. But till now I have not received any refund. Kindly update me regarding the process.

Refund my Money

I went to burger king and placed at Burger King Omaxe Mall , beta 1, Greater noida. I waited 20 minutes for my order , it was accepted by restaurant. When i went to pick up at the counter as it was saying ready to pick up restaurant cancelled my order and said they dont have coke. I placed this order at restaurant why didn't they inform me that they don't have coke. They said they cant help with this. I was with my 6 yaer old kid who was already waiting to eat but because of there negligence i had to suffer.

Please provide REFUND for my order and take strict action against this branch. All the workers were least interested in answering the problem they were ignoring the customer. PATHETIC AND VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Order not delivered to me

I ordered 2 burgers from burger king app on 8th June'25 but it got delayed and showing most of the time order is ready and need to be picked by agent.
I had waited for than 1 hour and then I thought of contacting store no which was given in the app but it was switched of . I was waiting again as there was no choice .But unfortunately after some time it shows order delivered to me.

No one contacted me and even no tracking for delivery has been observed in the app. So my question where was my order and how this can be happened from reputed burger king.

This was not expected from trusted vendor like burger king.

I've ordered two burgers in the BK app, and paid. Refund issue

I placed an order on holi they accepted my order, even i paid online for that order. After some time they canceled our order but not refunded. Food issue

They insisted a lot that I should cancel the order. Then they said if I made the payment, the order would be delivered. I made the payment, and when the order arrived, the extra patty I had ordered was missing.

Online order refund

This has reference to the subject matter, on 04/04/2024, me and my friends had visited BURGER KING STORE at PVP SQUARE MALL, 3RD FLOOR, VIJAYAWADA. Even though we had visited the store for In-Dine, we had been asked to order online through QR Scan they provided.
I had ordered for Rs.1350.36 with the order details as per attachment under order number #1056. But the subject order was not reflected in their pending order list. So we had been asked to wait for some time, meanwhile they had started to prepare the order items which we said.
As it took more time, they asked us to order again offline and they told us that the online payment will be refunded within 3 to 4 days.
Further the subject order has still been in PENDING status. I had attached the screenshot of the same.
In this regard, I am escalating the subject matter to your perusal believing I will get proper response from your end.

Today we went to burger King in Thillai nagar, Tiruchirapalli.We ordered burger. When we going to eat My son found hair in the burger.We called service girl and show to them then I asked duty manager how it's come simply he say we don't know,I will the camera.iam totally surprised about his answer and he didn't say sorry.Again he served new burger without any feelings about the incident.I asked how many years in the field he say 5 years, even though he don't know how to treat the customer. HI , YESTERDAY WE HAVE PLANNED TO HAVE A DINNER IN BURGER KING WHICH IS LOCATED IN EXPRESS AVENUE (CHENNAI). THE WHOLE SERVICE WAS MESSED UP AND THE DINNING PLACE WAS NOT CLEAN. THIS WAS WORST EXPRIENCE EVER IN BURGER KING. THEY EVEN NOT GIVEN A TISSUES FOR OUR ORDER.WHEN WE ASKED THEY SAID THEY ARE RUNNIG OUT OF TISSUE STOCKS. Rude behavior of server for asking why the chicken smells bad

This incident happened in GVK mall, hyderabad .
Just wanted to bring this to your attention that I ordered chicken wing today (quantity 4) . By looking at it , we can clearly say they served the left over ones. Sized 1.5 inches very very small.. when tasted , The chicken was smelling very bad as if it was old and not fresh. I notified the burger king person that it was not good at all. I asked for a refund. He said they can serve another set of 4 pieces. How can we trust the new ones are fresh . Or they wantedly serve the old ones to sale the old stuff . So I have asked for a refund, which he denied and arrogantly replied u can complain or do whatever u want. Such a bad behavior .

I was shocked to hear this. Your store was putting accusations on me as if I did something wrong. This is something I won't accept.
I want apology from the server. I will surely write this on social media portal as well. I have the pic of the person who spoke like that .

First of all train your servers how to behave with customers .

Order is showing delivered but never arrived

I ordered a double patty chicken whopper from the app at 1:36 pm 24/09/2023 and paid the money via UPI but the order never arrived. For the first 3 hrs it was showing that food is being prepared and after that it is showing food delivered but actually the order never arrived and nobody was picking up the phone from restaurant, the worst experience.

I have placed my order of 50 burger amounting 2829 rs. At 4.16 PM om 19th September 2023. But the amount has been deducted and not received any burger. i have ordered directly from Burger King India website and contacted all the branches of Ahmedabad but they didn't take responsibility.

Cold chicken patty and casual attitude at Pavillion mall, pune

Was shocked to see the quality of chicken patty... Bought fiery chicken. One dry cold, stale piece of patty I between bread with no proper dressing...

Been a regular CUSTOMER in Malaysia for years...and Co to ued in India too.

Same burger compared with KFC spicy burger has which has a real chicken slice ..attitude of staff can kill a brand or store.

Hi Team, i a recent incident i went to your burger king outlet in z square mall kanpur, it was my first visit, i also want you to know that i went to burger king because i saw a lot of your tv commercials which claims that u hv a lot of options in rs50, so i ordered 3 volcano wraps but unfortunately the person at the billing counter told me that we can only order this through your app, so i hv to leave your outlet without having what i wanted to hv.

1- why so many fake tv commercials if u cant provide the same in real?

Not happy with service and they charge money twice

We went to Birger King in Xperia Palava Dombivli..we tried to order 3 aloo tikki burgers but the girl on the counter was trying to convince us to go for combo..we told to her few times that we don't want combo but she was insisting saying that for Diwali they don't sell from the regular menu..after arguing with her finaly we got what we want..we paid with Google pay but even the transaction was completed they were claiming that they did not received the money and ask us to pay again with cash..
The manager in the store was also not helpful at all..he was also trying to convince us that money will come back to us as refund..very rude service..

Fraudulent practices at Burger king Tathavade outlet

We went to Burger King outlet, Tathwade and by looking at the menu and the price displayed over the menu board, order Boss whopper celebration veg combo and 2 chicken Classic medium meal and 4 softies. The representative on the billing counter asked for ₹1047, I paid the amount and after asking for the bill, a representative on the billing counter replied that we do not provide a hard copy of the bill, you will receive the message containing a link to view the bill. While finishing our food, we have received the link to view the bill.

I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE THE BILL.

They had added many addons without asking my permission or even without informing me and ultimately my bill was increased than the quoted.

This was sheer cheating with the customer. After calculating as per my order I realized that my bill should not have been more than 877+taxes. But these people exaggerated that to 997+taxes. After asking for the reason they were giving many illogical reasons.

Do avoid to go in such an outlet, that do not have the basic sense to deal with the customers and do such fraudulent practices.

Double payment not refund

I visit Burger King Hisar. I ordered and pay rs 1360.80. But they said that they not received the payment and it will be refunded. So they asked me to pay again and again I pay 1360.80 rs. After a wait of one week I not received my refund. Plz check the issue and respond as soon as possible
