Disgusting customer care

I lodged a complain of malfunctioning washing machine on 28th Dec'19. They promised me service with in 72 hrs. Called again on 31st evening. A lady received the call and said another 24 hr is remaining. Today I called again. A gentelman over the phone said today is not working day. Is it a place of joking !!! The only word they know is sorry for the inconvenience. I have not incurred so much of money to hear this scentence. Neither there is any other way to reach the higher authority. I wish to request the authority to check my recorded conversation. Even yesterday I had posted a mail.
I feel this is one of the difference you have with IFB and you are far behind in this segment.

BPL front loading Automatic washing machine

I have parchased BPL front loading automatic washing machine on 14/05/17 and suddenly on 20/06/18 it stopped working and We have launched complain of BPL Automatic washing machine through complain No. 62672 dated 28/06/18 on BPL customer care , but till date no one from the BPL has visited me to attend the complain instead of repeated reminder on phone call.
So today I have launched complain in National Consumer helpline with complain number 811018 dated 07/07/18 , if within 48 hrs my complain is not resolved I will have to take legal action against Company.
Very much disappointment with the service , even i contacted manager Mr. SATYAM who looks after sales service , initially he has replied my 1st call and asked me "asp k paas koi engineer ka call Nazi aaya" when I said no one has approached me then manager Mr. SATYAM also stopped attending my call then finally I launched complain in National Consumer . I suggest not to bye BPL washing machine bcoz after sales service is worst.

BPL Front load Washing machine is not working

Hi Team,

It was very pathetic to know that BPL customer care doesn't provide any email/message services once we log the complaint. Product was purchased in apr 2017. It was working fine until now. Suddenly stopped working from past 2 weeks. Immediately called customer care and logged a ticket on 2nd June. Until today, I am still chasing customer care folks, support person to install the board. It is all most 2 weeks and no one have any clue about where my product is? Very pathetic customer care service. I have called twice and I came to know that they do not have any messaging or email service on sharing complaint details with us.
