CHEATING & FILED a case on BOX8 FRAUD

I ordered food from phonepe Switch Gully BOX8 and my money was deducted from phonepe 331RS ...I’m a advocate High court I’m going to file a case for doing this 3rd time and to much Fraud calls .My contact number 988000xxx High Court Advocate Darshan Surya . I have decided to file a case from our LAWYER office cheating many people & the society ... spoken to food I inspector & many other will close BOX8 shortly

I didn't receive my order and it showing delivered and not able to contact with the given customer care number. Very bad facility. I had paid online

Complaint registered, no action taken

I ordered farm fresh wrap on Friday from box 8 app and I collected it in person from the Prabhadevi branch. When I reached home, the wrap had absolutely no mushrooms in it, even though it was mentioned in the menu and no tissue papers were given to me. Also the service was very slow and food was not ready when I went to pick it up. I called and registered a complaint with customer service agent Javed told me that 100/- RS discount coupon will be sent to me within 72 hours if Friday

Today it is Monday the 18th of November and 72 hours have passed already and I have still not received my coupon.

Kindly do the needful and give me my coupon.
