I purchased Boult Q headphones from Blinkit yesterday and the audio quality is not clear. The sound output is very low and unclear, so it seems like I have received a defective piece. And within 10 days I am facing battery backup problem left earbud .
The left earbud is discharging very quickly compared to the right earbud.
