I needed service for my front load BOSCH washing machine. I called the no available from internet. Promptly a person, Mohammed, came and rectified. However he made me pay fees of Rs 1700 directly to him and could not give me any receipt. When I asked to speak to his manager, I was connected to one Nadeem who also confirmed about payment. Later I checked with their office in Koramangala but no such person exists. Also they asked me not to tell BOSCH Co. Looks like the complaints are hijacked and some cheating going on. Ned to check this.

They are not as promising as they are during the time of purchasing they just waste your time by saying that your complaint is getting address.

Worst customer service experience ever. They just keep you waiting saying that your complaint is been addressed.

Delay the washing machine installation and demo

On 28/6/19 my bosch washing machine serie 2 gave E16 and does not function since then first i called up my plumber to clean the hose as instructed by the service ceter but of no use then the complaint was lodged which was attended by the service man in the evening on 28/6/19 they could not get the actual problem and my serie 2 was left as it is also since these so called service person touched the machine i was asked to pay Rs 800/- then on 29/6/19 my husband got the call from the BHOPAL service Center that the pannel needs to be changed and that will be bought from Indore 180 km from BHOPAL nearly 3to 3.5 hours drive still to this date we haven’t yet got any call or spare part needed...!!!! Now what am I supposed to do now as there is a huge pile of clothes lying at my place in this rainy season ......

purchased a new washing machine online. as advised by eCOM seller , did contact Bosch.
they said the pin code does not exist !!!!
what a joke. how then did the e-com seller deliver at my home.

Before four days back, installation has done by service engineer. He has not done leveling of machine, demo not given correctly with required information and form of installation not filled.
After two days, one error code found on display screen and machine stopped working. I had given complaint through toll free number on Saturday 20th Oct at 10 am. As per call center person conversation, engineer should come within 48 hrs but no any engineer communicated ot visited to my home.
I have again raised incidence on Sunday through toll free number and person communicated of Monday visit.
From Monday morning I am trying to reach to call center . I have called almost 25-30 times but every time ph was engaged/ auto reply of phone engage and non-of Bosch person contacted me.
if you are unable to give service, pls return back machine and return my paid amt. If machine will not return and amt. will not return to me, I will go to consumer court and will register complaint against Bosch service dept.

Dear sir pls note we have bought bosch washkng machine on 08/04/2015 at Porur, Chennai Vasanth&co. Model number is WAK201601N/01. After 1 year machine shows e17 error for every wash. FOR 1 HOUR WASH IT SHOWS 6-8 TIMES THIS ERROR AND IT TAKES 2 HOURS FOR WASH. I informed this to your customer care somany times and they also send your un professional service people and they visited 4-5 times and simply told me that "WATER FLOW PRESSURE IS NOT GOOD". For that i have changed my water tank from 500 ltrs to 1000 ltrs. Again they told the same Problem and remove the back side filter one time and remove back side "O" ring next time and next time just visit and told me the same reason. Evan my water tank is in 1st floor and machine is in grou d floor. So many times i cleaned water line also. Our plumber came and checked the water flow and told me that this is enough for washing machine.Your useless service peoples did not do appart from any work. But every time collect the amount for their useless visit without solve the problem. They doesn't know any thing.All my brothers bought samsung & LG washing machine. They didn't face these type of problems and they blamed me for bought this machine. I only bought this useless
machine. Evan your service peoples slso very very un professional guys. I zm eorking in print media and i will take this matter very seriously. We are very upset and totally disappointed.We won't suggest to any body to buy the Bosch washig machine also as per our advice my sisters and friends didn't buy the Bosch washing machine. Finally we want to know wether your company solve this problem or not?. Pls answer.
