Adamstown NSW apartment

I would like to bring a complaint to you attention
I live in an apartment at The Foundry 61-63 Date st Adamstown NSW.
A listing for 295 Brunker Rd Adamstown is using our unit as it’s profile therefore any client who books the apartment ends up at our address rather than the correct one Our building requires a fob to enter and exit our carpark but clients are waiting till the door is ajar to enter the carpark and then find themselves unable to exit once they realise they are at the wrong address
As this is false advertising of the said listing could you please contact the relative host and have the correct address put on the profile and The Foundry removed
It would be greatly appreciated as this is causing a lot of hassle both for us as residents as well as clients

Homestay Denied about booking

I had talked to ARO Homestay management and they denied about any booking of room on 29/12/24.

Kindly resolved the matter.

Cancellation fee

Hi, I had made a reservation on 11th of July at the holiday inn phoenix for the 9th of August but cancelled as I booked at the wrong location. I had made a new reservation at holiday inn express phoenix on the same day and paid the amount in advance after cancelling the initial booking. But last night I was deducted money again for the cancellation. Please refund the money as soon as possible as I cancelled the booking long ago and the initial payment didn't happen.

Cancellation of Booking at Holiday Inn Dubai Request for Refund

I had made a one day booking (7th-8th December) at Holiday Inn Dubai but found it cheaper to stay at You and Co for 7 days. I used Booking.com for the two facilities. App not working no cancellation despite 2 customer contact calls

I had changed the booking at Gateway hotel visakhapatnam around 9:30am on 26th October cancelled 27 Oct 22 booking and requested a fresh booking for 1.11.22 to 3.11.22
When I was checking this morning to confirm the fresh booking I realised that the request on the booking.com App was not complied with. I called customer care immediately. Customer service person (Kenneth A?) assured me he had cancelled and will speak to hotel about waiving cancellation charges. No response till 4:40 pm when I called and spoke to a Lady customer service lady with same request. I was told that I would be charged 5000+ as cancellation and hotel was not accepting waiver of cancellation fee.
I received a call at midnight from hotel asking whether I am checking in or not.

I hold Booking.com entirely responsible for this mess. I will not pay the cancellation fee. Please resolve and ensure I am not charged cancellation fees as the fault is entirely that of Booking.com
I have been using Booking.com on and off last ten years quite satisfactorily but I find this badly handled last two days

I trusted and used booking.com multiple times but now I will make my own bookings as I do not trust booking.com any more unless I am given reason to trust you again

Not received my refund mony

I booked and paid for a room in Porcelain Hotel by JL Asia via Booking .com and cancelled on 30 Aug 2022 due to my program cancellation. I received a message from booking.com on 30 Aug "Your reservation at Porcelain Hotel by JL Asia was recently cancelled, We have issued you a refund notice and should be credited to your account in 7 - 12 days ( From next message, it was mentioned "refund time frame will be within 30 days in total ).
So far I have not received my refund money.
Now, again, I am planning to visit Singapore. My check in will be 13 Nov and check out will 19 Nov 2022. You can adjust my refund money which is not received so far.
I have my confirmation number and PIN code. If you email in my address I will provide all the information.
Waiting for the response.

Hotels should Tie up lab facilitity for RTPCR Report.

I am a Multi country Traveler and also Multi City Traveler. I am a regular customer of Booking.Com. Presently every country requires to produce RT-PCR test taken not later than 48 hours on Arrival. When I proceeding to travel 3 to 4 countries I have to produce the RT-PCR Report in each country arrival point. At the home country we have taken RT-PCR test before travel that will be getting invalid after 48 hours. So we unable travel to multi countries. In one country i need RT-PCR report means I have to go to Hospital or Labs to get RT-PCR test in that country and it is very difficult and not safe to go Hospital/Labs since coronavirus is passing to others. When i was travelled on 3/07/2021 to one State in India my RT PCR Report 48 hours has expired and I have produce RT-PCR Report to another Indian state Airport Arrival Point. So i have gone to more number of hospitals/labs but they don't have RT-PCR Test facility and all the hospitals are very crowd. because of not obtaining RT-PCR report in time i missed the flight to next State. So Please instruct all the Hotels in various Countries and cities should Tie up with RT-PCR Test Labs, so that Lab person come to hotel and take Passenger/Traveler Blood collection to give RT-PCR Report. In the Booking.com Hotel facility site the following facilities offered by Hotels to be included. 1. RT-PCR Test needed 2. RT-PCR Test Blood Collection Date and Time 3.Result Delivery within how many hours. 4. RT-PCR Test Cost in Dollars. and RT-PCR Report should be internationally acceptable. This RT-PCR Test facility to be added in Booking.Com Hotel website. Regarding Refund

I booked a hotel (Hotel Groomgo) and already paid some money in order to get the contact details of the hotel then after some day I had to cancel the booking due to some emergencies. Now It's been 50 days I called them to get my refund and now they stop receiving my call. The associates are very much un professional and fraud as well.

Hi. I booked a room in hotel Durga silver line, Jodhpur (Rajasthan, India) yesterday (27 Nov 2019) for a stay from 20 to 23 Dec 2019, and I have a free cancellation up to 11:59 PM of Dec 16, 2019 (Jodhpur time). I got the booking confirmation, as well. No money is asked or written anywhere in the booking.com webpage for booking this hotel.

However, suddenly I got two emails claiming the entire money in advance by online banking or else the booking will be cancelled. They said it is their hotel policy. But the policy was not written anywhere in the webpage. Today, I got an email mentioning that my booking has been cancelled due to not paying the advance.

Is it a fraud hotel? Or is simply taking advantage of booking.com? They mention something in the webpage and do something illegal in the back. I am very frustrated and irritated with the behaviour I got from this hotel. This kind of hotel can be dangerous for the tourists, as well, since they say something on the face and do some other illegal thing on the back. Please save us from this kind of businessman.

Money not refunded

Hi .I booked a room through booking.basic ,a subsidiary of booking.com on 15th September 2019 for 3 night in Dubai Emirate grand hotel apartments,Sheikh Zayed road.with reservation no 7384069470923964396and was charged 8873 RS for the same with the promise by the company that the amount will be refunded if the booking is cancelled from the hotel end.But I k am shocked beyond words that booking .com did not honour the commitment .infact a mail was sent that no money will be refunded which is clear fraud

Hotel booking cancelled at last time check-in, mussoorie

We booked our hotel room 2 months ago through booking.com website . They even confirmed our order, but didn't provide us their contact info and address . We tried several attempts to contact them but they never answered. Even 2 days before our check-in when we contacted them, they said to give us info but ,they didn't . On June 11th 2019 morning , we mailed them to extend our check-in time and they accepted it too but when we reached Mussoorie to check-in, they cancelled our booking 15mins ago by giving us the reason that rooms are over bookED.

Neither they provided the room nor refund the money.

I have booked two AC room in Jagannath puri India neither they provided the room nor refund the money, Very worst commitment. Do not opt for booking.com.
