QR scan code not received(whatsapp); no refund;no response

Yesterday I bought 3 tickets at a cost of 210/- through whatsapp QR code scan. The payment was successful but scan code did not come. I tried with second phone thinking that network issue could be there. Again payment was completed scan code never came. The counter lady did not help and asked us to buy through cash. This was a 5:29 and 5:31 pm at Rajarajeshwari metro station. The scan code never came and when cancellation request is made the response of namma metro is that there is no active QR ticket. There is no one to attend the complaint number180042512345 even after waiting for 20 minutes on multiple calls. There were more passengers having similar problem. Please verify, validate and REFUND

Folding e-bike on namma Metro

Presently folding e-bikes are not allowed on namma Metro.

I am a senior citizen with last-mile connectivity issues.

I request that the rule be reviewed and folding e-bikes be permitted on namma Metro trains. A resonable fee may be charged for the same.

Peenya Metro Parking attendents are overcharging

I have noticed many times the parking attendents claim fees have been increased and charge more money than is written in the notice boards. Please take strict action. Contact me for proof.

Late departure

It has been observed that train coming from Nagasandra always departs late by 3 mins and I would feel better to book a cab than going by metro as I would not miss the train because of these irregular timings.

Need direct train from nagasandra to whitefield

We need direct metro train from nagasandra to whitefield, by this way we dont need to change metro at mejestic, also there will be leas crowd.

Complaint against rude behavior

In chruch street metro station the ticket counter is very rude. He has no manners to talk ..Action should be taken

In majestic metro station

In majestic metro station there is no change so without change we can't give you the ticket they told is this how metro people is working and where the rule has been written that if the customer has no change then we can't get the ticket. 15th October 2021 11:30 this incident was happened please take the necessary action about this please stop this kind of misbehaving.
